Weekend piacevole, comfort e servizi migliorabili

Posizione strategica e la struttura ha un ottimo potenziale. Personale cordiale.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non proprio ideale. Ammetto che io ho sbagliato la data di prenotazione con la data del check-in, facendo schizzare il prezzo in su, ma una volta chiarito con la struttura, mi aspettavo la restituzione della differenza corrispondente al ben il 40% in più!
Inoltre, non è ammissibile avere in una struttura moderna, benché Pedemontana alcun condizionatore, il Wi-Fi funzionante a singhiozzo ed un arredamento, soprattutto il materasso così modesti. E fortemente consigliata una ammodernamento almeno del materasso che rappresenta il minimo standard necessario per dare comfort al cliente.
Anche la colazione meriterebbe un occhio in più.
Infine avevo chiesto espressamente una camera silenziosa per poter disconnettere in quanto sofferente ed Insonnia e mi sono l'affaccio su una festa che aveva organizzato l'hotel con karaoke fino a tarda sera.

La struttura è stata recentemente ristrutturata, e gli ambienti erano confortevoli.

Cons:

Le stanze erano molto rumorose, si sentivano distintamente parlare gli ospiti della camera accanto. Inoltre, le indicazioni sul parcheggio sono risultate confusionarie.
