The hotel was in a quiet, peaceful location. The hotel was clean.

Cons:

The hotel breakfast was very poor. The most important elements of a breakfast are cheese, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. But unfortunately, there were no eggs, tomatoes or cucumbers. As a traveller who has been all over the world, I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. But I have never, in all my time, come across a hotel where there were no eggs at breakfast. Only at Hotel Bigio were there no eggs.
I asked a member of the restaurant staff, and they replied in a very rude and arrogant manner.
The amount I paid for this hotel was higher than that of similar-class hotels in Europe. Eggs are served as standard to guests at breakfast all over the world because they are a staple breakfast food.
I also mentioned this situation to the reception staff when I checked out, but they showed no interest.
I have been using Booking.com for 15 years and this is the first time I have encountered such a poor breakfast menu and rude staff.
Please ensure you offer your customers hotels that provide quality service and care for their guests.

Struttura a due passi da qc terme

Cons:

Nonostante la poca affluenza siamo stati relegati in un’ala dell’hotel super datata specie per l’arredo della camera. Non parliamo poi dei 2 materassi a molle vecchi uniti a formare un matrimoniale (lascio immaginare come abbiamo dormito). Colazione deludente. Unica nota positiva il personale accogliente specie le signore delle pulizie che ogni volta che ci vedevano ci riempivano di sorrisi genuini.
