Pros:

This hotels is beautiful both inside in and out! The staff and service is amazing. The hotels leads out to the gondola for fast easy access and they have a ski shop.

Excellent hotel for a weeks skiing
Pros:

I visited with my 16 year old son for a weeks skiing. The staff were very attentive, the room was spacious, immaculately clean and warm. The ski shop/ boot room is really convenient, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The gondola from the shop to Bergers makes access to the slopes quick and easy. I will visit again.

Pros:

Un tres bel hotel, accueil chaleureux, service de qualité. Des chambres joliment décorées, spacieuses. Literie un peu ferme. Un spa fonctionnel. Excellent petit déjeuner.

La chambre est magnifique.
Spacieuse , bien agencée, bien équipée.
Hôtel moderne un peu froid du coup. On ne retrouve pas le côté cocooning/chalet , pas de salon cheminée par exemple.
….et un seul ascenseur et ça c’est pas terrible, on attend tout le temps !
Super petit déjeuner et personnel vraiment adorable.

La chambre mansardée je conseille le 6 eme étage, tout était parfait, grande salle de bain , grand dressing,lit extra large, une seule petite chose peut être à revoir , serait de rajouter un sur matelas .

Great hotel, beautiful spa!

Beautiful hotel! Great spa, very friendly. Only downfall is the Wi-fi doesn’t work in the rooms and I’ve been waiting 4 days now for someone to fix it. Also we got tickets for the closing party but there was very little for vegetarians so it was €35 down the drain!
