The rooms are clean, the bed very comfy! The shower works well. The location is convenient - far from the chaotic centre, a more quiet, clean area. Yet close enough to be easily everywhere. The receptionist was friendly & granted us a very late check-out for 1/2 of the rate. The restaurant is good - in the evening, one needs to make a reservation though!
We had a deluxe room & yes, they are right under the restaurant which is noisy till around 23:30. Yet I have earplugs & thus wasn’t too bothered luckily. It’s maybe a personal preference… But dark brown interior just doesn’t suit a room that well. On the pictures provided the hotel looked way nicer & more colorful.
The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly at Pearl Palace. The manager took receipt of one our bags which had got lost by the airline, and arranged onward transport for us to Agra. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the shower nice and hot. We ate at the Peacock restaurant one night and it was fantastic. Location wise, you’re a bit further from the main sights but we appreciated the quiet tranquility of the area and we took autos to get around.
It’s to be expected, but as the room is on the second floor between the cocktail bar and the restaurant, so there is some noise, but nothing too disruptive.

Restaurant sehr schön und lecker aber auch das teuerste während unserer Rundreise. Leider kein Ausblick vom Zimmer aus.
Hôtel très propre et personnel sympathique
Mir haben die Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Das Badezimmer war sehr groß. Das Essen auf der Dachterasse war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Also alles wirklich sehr gut.

The location and the vibe of the place were 10/10. It's close enough to both Jaipur junction and metro station to be able to walk or hail a 5 min auto. The interiors are all newly done and offer many selfie spots within the premise. Our room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming.
The only downside was that it got noisy sometimes with guests and staff talking loud in the hallways. Restaurants above and below were not noisy at all though. Another important point to keep in mind is that there is another hotel by the same owner with same name (Pearl Palace Heritage). Both us and our laundry ended up there due to this confusion but it wasn't stressful at all. The hotel staff at the other place were generous to drop us in their car to the right address at no cost. Use Peacock Restaurant as your google location to avoid confusion.

Not sufficient lighting in the room, it’s an old property. Felt a bit overpriced.
The staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet street and it's easy to reach everything by Uber or Tuk tuk. We particularly liked the rooftop restaurant.
