Das einzige Problem war das Gemeinschaftsbad, was sich gerade morgens schwierig gestaltet hat. Zudem war es nachts sehr laut. Das Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet und sauber.

I want my money back! You offered a 24 hours open reception and I went at midnight, it was closed and no one answered the phone. Please contact me with the manager so I can negotiate a rembursment.

CN 三人间睡三个成人没什么问题。共用卫生间似乎也不是很大的问题，因为厕所的使用率确实不高。
EN The room is suitable for 3 adults and the room is big enough. The shared WC(toilet) didn't cause much inconvenience as imagined before, because the frequency of using it is quite low. (Provided for convenience. Maybe inaccurate)

This hotel is a room with shared bathroom on the floor. Great for people working in Hamburg. 3 minute walk to U bahn Wartenau. You must change own bed sheets and towels. They change the bin only.

After 22h00 PM - No checking possible . NO help on the phone - No clear message when booked on this matter
So I had to find another hotel

One bathroom for 5 rooms,reception only opens till 22:00.Found an old dirty spoon in the drawer as soon as i arrived.Found a cup of yogurt and an old cigarette under the bed.

Schmutzig!Wir sind im Zimmer angekommen und haben einen alten Löffel in der Schublade gefunden,dazu gab es noch einen becher mit Joghurt unter dem bett und ein paar Zigaretten.PLUS es gibt nur eine Toilette für ungefähr 4 zimmer.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was, that it is close to S-Bahn station such that you can reach downtown really fast.

Negative points were

Good things: clean room and bathrooms, very well located.
Bad things: walls are thin, customer service could be improved, you share the bathroom with 4 more rooms, other occupants were making a lot of noise, leaving their doors open and smoking inside the building.
In short: If you are looking for a place to sleep, this might be a good choice. Personally, I will pay some extra bucks next time to stay in a proper hotel.

Für eine Übernachtung war das eine gute und kostengünstige Lösung in guter Lage (2 UBahn-Linien und 1 SBahn-Linie in Nähe)

Hotel to 4 piętrowy budynek bez windy, co spowodowało, że trochę się zmęczyliśmy wnosząc nasze bagaże na 4 piętro. Pokój mały, ale łóżko bardzo wygodne. W pokoju TV, ale niestety nie odbierał żadnej stacji przez cały nasz pobyt ( w recepcji powiedzieli, że wczoraj wydarzyła się awaria- czemu to zawsze jest wczoraj?). Internet szybki, odbierał bez problemów w całym budynku. Toaleta wspólna, dla każdego piętra osobna. Na 4 piętrze na 5 albo 6 pokoi jedna toaleta, ale jest możliwość korzystania z toalety piętro niżej. Pokoje i toalety czyste. Okolica bardzo spokojna, bardzo blisko do stacji metra. Hotel oferuje parking w podziemnym garażu za 15 euro za dobę, my korzystaliśmy z parkingu przy ulicy. Przy samym hotelu parking płatny w dni robocze od 9 -18 1 euro za godzinę, maks. czas parkowania 3 godz. W dni wolne parking za darmo. Przy samym hotelu sklep Alei B. Dobrze zaopatrzony. Polecam ten hotel z czystym sercem!

I would not want to stay here again: TV did not work, room way too small, no breakfast, not safe as all room keys were identical, no private bathroom. This wasnt a real hotel ! Glad i only stayed one night!

Den verste opplevelsen på mange år, og se selv hvor mange hoteller jeg har bodd på, bare
gjennom Hotels.com, hvor de fleste har vært meget bra.
Årsaken er at bekreftelsen fra Hotels.com også var meget mangelfull.

Had difficulty with check in as I dropped my bags prior to check in but failed to return prior to 10pm to complete, so lost a night and was forced to pay a much higher room rate for one night. However, even though the reservation was technically canceled, the front desk manager an owner held the second night. Hotel very clean and convenient, people very nice. From ad I thought that it had a private bathroom but these are actually shared per floor.

Badezimmer und Toilette mit 4 weiteren Zimmerbewohnern teilen ist eine Zumutung. Leider habe ich diesen Hinweis zu spät gesehen.
In einem 12 m2 Raum einen Lampenschirm mit 80 cm Durchmesser, der in der Mitte des Zimmers von der Decke hängt, auf 1,60 m Höhe zu positionieren zeugt von großem Humor des Raumausstatters.

Fick rum på fjärde våningen utan hiss. Hade barnvagn med mig. Inget som framkom när jag bokade.

The hotel was very nice with the exception that the rooms seem to have identical keys. That is, a guest in room A can use his or her key to unlock the lock at room B. I realised this when another guest mistakenly unlock my door whilst I was inside the room. The hotel staff apologised for this but I considered it to be a very serious breach of security.
