10/10 Would stay here again!
Pros:

My kids and I loved our room. It was spacious and very comfortable. I liked the personal touch of having my name displayed on the t.v. I liked how fully stocked the room was with essentials to cook just in case I didnt want to eat out. The bed was comfy and the room was well decorated. The entire hotel looked beautiful and very inviting upon entry. I loved the location and all of the food/entertainment options nearby.

Cons:

No complaints except parking but there is an overflow lot across the road.

It was very clean, the staff was nice, the amenities were high quality, the bed was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was better than some local restaurants, etc.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

The location is perfect; the breakfast was phenomenal. Due to lack of cleanliness, I won't return.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, and breakfast was amazing. When I had an issue with the cleanliness of the room, the staff responded quickly and offered me a $50 refund. They also sent maintenance up to fix the clogged sink immediately.

Cons:

My room was not very clean upon arrival. The couch was not clean and when I opened the pullout sofa you could see food stains down the sides of the couch. The mattress cover on the sofa bed had crumbs on it and was dirty. I had several clean towels that had stains on them. Even when we went to the pool, several of the towels had stains on them. My bathroom sink was clogged/slow draining.

I always stay here when I am in Cincinnati.

Excellent Stay!!!
Pros:

We stayed here overnight for a concert.
Staff was great, even told us about a 10% discount to the restaurant next door. Room was super clean and modern. Location seemed like an up and coming neighborhood but our car was safe in the adjacent parking lot. Free parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone passing thru this area!

Good hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Front desk staff were amazing and helpful. Went out of their way to assist my needs. Room was great. Complimentary cookies and water along with coffee in lobby is a very nice touch and appreciated!

Cons:

No real coffee maker in room- just the little pod thing that is close to useless. A real coffee pot in room would be great so I can use my own coffee. Breakfast should be available for an hour or more than it is.

We had a very peasant stay.
Pros:

Checking in with David was pleasant and efficient. The breakfast selection was impressive. Checking out with Peta was amazing. I could not find a personal item in the room as I was packing up. I went to Peta, described the item, and she said she would ask housekeeping to keep an eye out for it. Imagine how delighted I was when she call me to let me know they found it! To me, that is going above and beyond. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

I really can't think of one thing that we were unhappy about. The hotel and our room met all of our needs.

Amazing staff and Hotel
Pros:

I really appreciate the amazing staff. Everyone from the front desk staff, dietary staff, and housekeeping were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and our room was amazing. We will definitely be back to another homewood suites in the near future.
