Location 10/10 - Staff very professional and very friendly.
Have any of the staff used the shower - methink not. Shower unit a joke - unable to use it, without using my wife’s hairband to prevent the shower head swinging left to right and spraying the bathroom floor depending on the volume of the sprayer. Moreover one has to set the shower head to the lowest setting as the side screen is not wide enough to prevent water ingress onto the bathroom floor. Cannot understand how a top rate hotel can live with this problem. Ron & Sue Jenkins
No real coffee in the restaurant in the evening. They turn the machine behind the bar off.
Fantastic big rooms. Excellent toiletries. Room had everything we needed. And only across the road from the airport so ideal for us with such an early flight.
