Très bel hôtel, moderne et récent. Tout est adapté pour le confort. Deux minutes à pied de l'aéroport. Le restaurant sur place est parfait.

Didn’t actually happen as my room was not available and no one told me in advance

Pros:

Although close to the airport, we did have to walk outside for a distance with our cases in order to get to the airport. The staff were friendly and the restaurant is pretty good.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, which surprised me. The walk to the airport, in the rain, with our cases was further than I expected.

Excellent. Nice rooms, friendly staff, clean and comfortable at a good price
Pros:

Pleasant staff. Excellent location. Well equipped, warm and clean rooms. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Access to car hire firms meant going back to the airport and following paths around. It was much closer in distance but paths made it less convenient.

Ideal location.
Pros:

Perfect location from the airport NEC.

Cons:

My air conditioning stopped working the 2nd night so the room was too warm. I would have expected bottled water in the room. Breakfast was average. There wasn’t a good selection of food 24hrs, just crisps.
