Hotel lovely parking and accessibility from the car park a nightmare 😡
Pros:

The hotel was all good but meals and drinks expensive

Cons:

The parking - really should be clear that the parking was going to cost another £32 😡 which was half price
All the blue badge spaces were taken and not one badge in sight
Accessible difficult as a wheelchair user and not many spaces
I would have expected that all the parking charges should have been paid in the price of the room

Bar are and restaurant were very good and staff friendly.

Pillows very very sort
On arrival having booked 2 rooms I was told I had only book 1 in front of friends. I was asked for proof of booking
Not very professional. Booked breakfast along with friends. In the morning the breakfast served Anna had to come and tell me that reception did not have my booking. Again I had to go a prove with my online banking that I had. Again embarrassing in front of friends.
Need to update computer or re train staff.
