Pros:

Three nights LOUD amplified Music outsid hotel. After lst Night asked if there would be more Music so I could change hotel. Two more nights of LOUD Music, drunk people, booze bottles until 3: 30 Am. Was told that Music would stop at 11 am but it continued. Had already paid through Expedia so wasn’t able to find or afford other hotel.
New management did not want to accept Expedia reservations since it was less than half rate charged by hotel. After 2 days manager said my reservations for remaining days had been cancelled which was a Lie. Even though I had shown Expedia receipts when I was checking out was told I owed money and couldn’t leave until I paid. My driver from hotel refused to take me to airport until I threatened to hitch hike and go to police. Hotel also was unsafe with loose metal slats on second floor balconied that fell off when I touched it. Also open Electric wires, no phone or wifi . Got sick from eating hotel food and was unable yo get Water or help from anyone. Emailed manager 3 times during the early morning but no reply.

Dåligt! Hotellbeskrivningen stämmer ej!
Pros:

På beskrivningen stod det att det skulle finnas wi-fi, 24/7 bemanning av reception samt fri transfer till och från flygplatsen. Ingen av de beskrivningarna stämde. Strul vid incheckning då de klagade på att vi ej hade betalat för boendet vilket vi redan gjort, efter 20 minuter vid incheckningsdisken kom hotellmanangern och visade betalstatus från hotels där det stod ”pending”. Därför ville han att vi skulle betala igen, dock efter en lång diskussion slapp vi betala och fick till slut vårat rum.

MOLTI ASPETTI DA MIGLIORARE
Pros:

All'arrivo non c'era il wifi, né nelle aree comuni né in camera; alla nostra richiesta hanno subito provveduto ad installarlo.
Non c'era acqua calda; siccome ci sembrava una cosa abbastanza opportuna dato che dovevamo rimanere 15 giorni, hanno chiamato un idraulico e installato uno scaldabagno nella nostra camera.
L'asciugacapelli su richiesta non è stato fornito, nonostante glielo abbia chiesto 4 giorni di fila.
La colazione non è affatto continentale, hanno pochissima scelta di cibi (pan carrè, uova, burro, qualche volta dei tipici dolci fritti tipo panzerotti, niente frutta, raramente qualche banana).
Anche il ristorante ha pochissima scelta di cibi (riso, pollo, pollo, riso, patatine fritte).
La vicinanza dell'hotel a due moschee non aiuta, perché alle 4 di mattina, tutti i giorni, parte la prima sveglia per richiamare i fedeli alla preghiera. Considerando che i vetri delle finestre sono praticamente inesistenti, qualsiasi rumore sembrava fosse in camera nostra. è stato difficile riposare.
