Pros:

This property is fraudulent. The pictures on Expedia do not at all represent the state of the rooms. It is filthy, noisy, no back up power, the toilets don't work, the roads leading up to the place is unsafe and almost inaccessible, even the address is misleading and doesn't take you to that location on the maps, not even close enough, the staff are extremely unhelpful and appear unbothered by how bad their service is. It was so terrible I couldn't stay and had to be back out in Abuja in the middle of the night trying to find somewhere else to spend the night. This place is a scam and it should be delisted.
