Hilton Garden Inn Bordeaux Centre

The pics gave the impression that there's a terrace;there is but just for business clients.The 24 hour snack shop was not open at 2 pm.Instant coffee in the room was not good.Wouldn't stay there again or recommend.

Great hotel, but not close to downtown. Close to train station. Tram is 10 min walk. Not bad.

great place to stay! Overall great facilities, clean and welcoming. The building is new and free breakfast was a great bonus.

Nice hotel , comfortable but could be so much better. Basic facilities, no room service , dining room closed at weekend , no residents bar , unable to get a coffee in the lounge . Vending machines do not count in this regard . The area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Great bus and tram service nearby .

The first room I was given had an awful stench coming from the bathroom. I waited for a while to see if it would subside, but it didn't. Smelt like raw sewage or something of that nature.

I was moved to a second room. If I ignore the stains on the carpet and ceiling, it appeared to be a fairly clean room. However, I did find a bug in my suitcase!

Won't be staying there again unfortunately.

Great place to stay but crap location. No where even to eat dinner unless you eat in the hotel restaurant which was very expensive and not that great of a menu

Location a little far from the center

A good hotel at the riverside, walkable into town centre. Rooms were spacious with amenities that were useful. Great breakfast, and helpful staff.

Loved the river view. Unfortunate that the tram service was being upgraded so not running outside the hotel. This made us walk a long distance in the heat.

Easy to access old town and very kind staff

Stayed here for a short mini break. On arrival Justin on reception was very helpful polite and welcoming.
As a food allergy customer (gf and df) I found breakfast quite limited. Had to ask for bread rolls to be cooked, no pastries, food was questionable to what was ok and what wasn’t. One evening we had dinner there and I didn’t appreciate the whole restaurant hearing the chef speaking loudly to the waiter about what I could and couldn’t eat. Room was ok. Nice gym on the 2nd floor. Reception area is very clean.

I stayed 3 nights and there was no service at all during my stay. When I called after coming back from business meetings and asked for room service they told me no room service after 3pm. I asked for bathroom tissue but they did not have. I had to go to the reciption several times to collect bathroom towels. I am really surprised that this hotel is rated 4 stars.

Lovely modern hotel with excellent helpful staff. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. While it is convenient for the train station the area is under development so it’s a mixture of new and derelict buildings which didn’t inspire confidence especially at night. It’s quite a distance into Bordeaux centre and the commute wasn’t helped by the trams in the area not running. However, once we understood the bus services we coped fine. Despite these issues would stay there again for the quality of hotel and service.

Rooms not large but all study and stylish furniture. Bath fixtures up to date. Very good shower. Excellent soap and shampoo provided. Best towels.

Very nice place, we had family connected rooms. Staff is very helpful. Included breakfast was very good, a lot of to choose. Near very nice place to eat, on side.

Nice American hotel. Area is a bit under developed and there are not many restaurants or grocery stores nearby, but it is within walking distance of the main train station. The location is not close to the city center despite the name of the hotel.

Everything was great. Nice and clean

We loved staying at Hilton in Bordeaux - we wouldn’t hesitate coming back.
