The stay was great I loved my room and service. I just needed a little more from the breakfast.
Pros:

I liked everything but the breakfast it was not good. The hot food was cold before getting to my seat. Also the location was good but it was hard to get out on the highway from there.

Pros:

It was very clean and cozy. It was in a very nice location.

Cons:

There was no Netflix or Prime tv apps on the television. There should be smart TVs and ATMs in the hotel.

Bathroom in room 405 was in bad shape. Sink cracked and leaking, door swollen to the point it was very difficult to open and close, shower contained a dirty brown substance around the bottom edge.

I loved the breakfast! My room. And the location by the water and a quiet area. Very peaceful.

Front desk staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. VERY noisy hotel. children running and playing in the hallway with no supervision, and in their room after 10 pm without supervision. Another guest had their TV on ALL NIGHT and it could be heard through the walls

I was really impressed with our stay. I would rate this location at 11+.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The set up was beautiful. Jody was great keeping everything stocked and clean. Kayla was wonderful with the front desk needs. We needed a new remote for the tv. Kayla was quick, replacing the defective one. The pool was nice. Everyone was very friendly answering questions about local attractions. I enjoyed the outside gathering area.

The room was nice and clean. We liked the space and mini kitchen. The bed was comfortable. We had a view of the lake and the location was good.
