Wir würden dort wieder buchen.
Pros:

Besonders die sehr gute zentrale Lage gegenüber dem Schloß mit den kostenlosen Parkplätzen in dem über die Nacht abgeschlossenen Innenhof sowie ganz besonders "Zimmer 30" - mit zwei rund 20 m2 großen Zimmern, die mit einer Glas-Flügeltür abtrennbar sind, plus separates Bad mit Wanne - ist erstklassig und sehr ansprechend im herrschaftlichen Stil möbliert, außerdem die sehr guten schalldämmenden Fenster für das ungestörte Schlafen.

Lovely decoration, wonderful staff, excellent location.
Pros:

We liked the people working there. All extremely helpful and friendly, made our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to everything including the bus and train station. We really loved our room - its interior, size, and the view.

Cons:

1. Very Poor internet connection.
2. The shower cabinet flooded every time we took a shower, and we had to map the bathroom floor.
3. Also a couple of nights we were cold due to low weather temperatures.

Pros:

Das Hotel strahlt einen gewissen, leicht morbiden Charme aus, was aber einschliesst, dass einiges renovierungsbedürftig ist, wie z.B. die Dusche in der Badewanne. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und die Matratzen ebenfalls.

Gute Wahl! Tradition, Komfort und herzliche Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Extrem freundliches Personal,
perfekte Lage (Bahnhof, Innenstadt, Hofgarten - alles nah),
markgräfliche Antiquitäten ohne verstaubt zu wirken - sehr stilvoll,
Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen (sogar Hafermilch)

Cons:

Es gibt Zimmer mit extrem schönem Blick auf das Schloss - da hört man den Verkehr, und es gibt Zimmer zum Garten, die sind ruhig. Evtl. beim Check-in Wünsche ansprechen.

Great hotel
Pros:

Really nice hotel in the center of town. Breakfast was excellent. The room was large and well appointed, even if a little dated. There was a fan which is very rare in German hotels, but very helpful when it’s hot. Parking (on site) can be tough due to its location. Close to the train station as well. The staff was wonderful.

Excellent hotel with easy access to Altstadt.
Pros:

Our two-room suite overlooked the Promenade Street and palace. It was a great location for walking into the Altstadt. The staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

While parking is available on site, it isn't abundant; and the dedicated parking spaces in the rear are very tight to access. You'll be more comfortable with a compact car if you plan to use these. You can also park in front of the hotel or along the nearby street for a fee.
