Pros:

We liked the breakfast a lot especially the fruit water. The pool was having a heater problem and staff fixed it while we were there. Really liked the outdoor fireplace and the gym.

Last day at hotel our key cards were cancelled early before check out time. Had to reactivate our 2 cards for access to our room.

Other than the fact that the AC unit in room #208 was soooo noisy it would have been a perfect stay.

Will be choosing Hilton Hotels whenever available, throughout my future travels.
Pros:

The room was nice & spacious. I like the full kitchen supplied with utensils, plates etc. Little 1 or 2 cup coffee maker was nice addition too. The breakfast options were great compared to other hotels. The 24/7 coffee, tea & hot chocolate in lobby, was also nice touch. Pool was good place to go to digress & stay cool in triple digit weather, when not indoors.

Cons:

The cost of snacks or drinks in lobby were a bit ridiculous. Like the airports & quick stop stores. I do not think they need to be that high priced at hotel.

Great stay!
Pros:

Very cleanly and accommodating. The staff is excellent. Very nice and friendly

Cons:

After house keeping serviced our room, towels weren’t replenished. Not a big deal since the front desk gave us additional towels but something to consider.
