Terrible experience using the restroom by front desk a man was using a ladies bathroom, didn't lock
Pros:

The breakfast was less to be desired, only one choice for eggs one choice of only sausage no bacon. One choice on a bagel.

Cons:

Could of had a check in person that knew how to check in people and that actually listen when the customer is talking. Told the lady several times we requested a room on the 1 floor but she, kept interrupting and said we have you in a king room tried using bathroom by front desk man was in there on toilet bare assed and didn't lock the door, the lady at front desk arguing rudely with me. This is a very unprofessional way for a desk greeter to react. And she would not listen to what I was trying to tell her when we were checking in, I requested a king room on 1 floor, she kept saying you have a king room she but us on the fourth floor, and I told her not to charge the room on the card on file but she again did not listen she changed it on the wrong card. Needless to say we won't be staying at this Hotel again. And we will definitely let all people we know the experience we had.
