I like the location
I didn’t like that I was robbed from my room.

I had an issue I was robbed from my room, when asked to see the cameras I was told there was no cameras in the hall and that only me and housekeeping had access to the room and housekeeping stated they didn’t go in so convenient because there’s no cameras according to them…

Microwave didn’t work correctly. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Loved the fresh infused water in the lobby.

Great stay! Location was great, good variety of food for breakfast, and rooms were clean. Keya was so sweet during our stay.
Location was what we needed fir shopping, food, and Sea World. It was a little farther than I thought but still good. The staff was awesome. The front desk was so friendly, helpful and attentive. We never waiting for any answers or service. We reserved a king suit. The room was clean and even smelled good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The temperate of the room was controlled by us and always cool. The breakfast was great. The staff kept all food stocked and the area was constantly being cleaned. Housekeeping was on top of everything each time we had a request. The EV charger for our Ford MachE was not working but, that was a perk we were not expecting when we booked so not a big deal at all. The Tesla charger was working. All in all we rate this stay a 10/10!
Everything was clean and staff very friendly
Overall this experience was positive. The room was spacious however there were a few mishaps. For example the kitchen sink was leaking and the dishwasher would continuously shut off in the middle of the cycle. On a positive note, the front desk staff were both extremely positive and helpful. Also the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel’s location was also central to many San Antonio attractions.
Location and atmosphere were great. Room was clean, pretty spacious and comfortable. Especially I loved the quality of the sheets - so gently on my skin. We experienced some issues during our stay: the dishwasher kept shut down and a disposal seemed to be leaking - we discovered a quite big puddle in the cabinet underneath the sink. Breakfast was amazing, especially our family enjoyed spinach pastries. We loved that coffee, tee, and hot chocolate were available 24/7.
