Rooms are not as expected, dirty pillowcase, dirty carpets in side room and out. Breakfast was good.
Pros:

People at the front desk both day shift or night shift not not friendly not respectful nor welcoming.
Housekeeping did not replace clean towels or bath towels after taking dirty once.they did not vacuum the room. Over all bad experience at the room

Quiet hours need to be enforced
Pros:

The property was okay but in my opinion, overpriced.

Cons:

Quiet hours weren't officially enforced; children kept running and jumping on the floor above after midnight each night. I called to report it two nights in a row. The first night, the staff responded, but the second night, they didn't. On the third night of our stay, Anna kindly provided me with another room upon my request. I stayed at the hotel for three nights and thanks to Anna I was only able to get proper rest the final night.

Best stay ever!!!
Pros:

Stay was exceptional! It exceeded my expectations. The front desk attendant Lisa was very very veryyyyyy helpful with my check in process. The other staff greeted me as well everyone spoke and had smiles it was a great atmosphere. The breakfast had awesome variety it changed everyday. Lisa also checked on me throughout my entire stay to make sure my trip was going smooth. The room was huge, clean bed nice and comfortable. I visit detroit often and this by far has been my best stay. Will stay again

Don't use if you need a reliable airport shuttle
Pros:

Hilton Diamond Member. Very bad experience because of the shuttle. Waited over 1.5 hours for the shuttle to arrive (unmarked white van). Was told "we are down to 1 van that has to serve 3 different hotels". After a long flight and cancellations, the last thing I wanted was to stand outside in the cold for over an hour and a half.
