Would go back for the Staff alone!
Pros:

Every staff member i came upon was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast options were exceptional. Great variety

Cons:

Bed was a bit stiff; back and hip were sore in the morning. This may be a weird observation, but I noticed the bathroom walls were oddly dirty, even though they are made of an easy clean material.

Good except some rooms need renovation.
Pros:

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

We had to change rooms. The first room we got, the bathroom faucet was running all the time. It overflowed in the middle of the night and the bathroom flooded.

On a budget, you could do far worse!
Pros:

I was only in Detroit for 12 hours (was meant to be longer, but a canceled flight in made it a shorter stay), so I didn't need anything luxurious, but also didn't want to stay too close to the airport either. This was a nice halfway point between the airport and Detroit proper where I needed to be that evening. The surrounding area doesn't look inviting, being off a busy road, but the hotel itself was fairly nice, with clean rooms, a comfortable bed, easy rideshare access, and complementary breakfast. Not a high-quality breakfast, mind you, being just basic microwaved bacon and eggs, but for a budget hotel, merely having that at all is kind of a bonus.

Pros:

The staff was nice - the room was clean.

Cons:

I have kids and the whole reason of going there was for the pool - the pool was broke - we were offered to go to another hotel to use the pool but I don’t want wet seats in my car - the WiFi didn’t work - the tv didn’t work - the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain.

Great location for the Tiger game. The lobby was big and great for our group.

Pool was closed some of the time. Our door to bathroom was not easy to open and shut.

It was an okay stay
Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

Our room was not very clean and had a bunch of water leaking causing the floor to be disgusting and it tracked all over. We called the front desk and they claimed it was from them shampooing and there aren’t any house keepers around to check it out.
