Perfect in every way
Pros:

The property and gardens are beautiful. The family rooms are brilliant with a separate floor for the child. Breakfast is super sweet in a little hamper. Location fantastic and a great neighbourhood with bars for tapas. Staff were so nice. Pool was fun!

Cons:

We liked everything, but would be even nicer with bath robes in the rooms and a few loungers in the garden.

Cons:

Location is in residential area a bit away from action, breakfast - cold bread and croissants, Supermarket ham and cheese in a city priding itself on Jamon and cheese. Needs to improve!!

Pros:

Las instalaciones cargadas de historia, la habitación y el baño muy grandes, la cama. El hotel está en una calle muy tranquila.

Cons:

Sin duda el desayuno, si sirve en una cesta en la habitación pero tienes que hacer el café, té y no hay mesa/sillas para comer en la habitación. Es bastante incómodo. Además hay poca variedad. Para el precio de la habitación el desayuno podría ser mejor.

Très moyen pour un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Le site est magnifique, la chambre était grande, tout était très propre

Cons:

Je trouve que pour le prix et le fait que cela soit un 4*, peut mieux faire.
- On m'avait confirmé par whatsapp et sur booking et quand je suis arrivée à 12H, on nous a dit qu'il fallait attendre 14h remettant en cause ma parole. Finalement, j'ai pu avoir ma chambre en insistant
- l'hôtel est triste, à part le tout petit accueil il n'y a personne dans les couloirs, cela manque cruellement de chaleur humaine
- le petit déjeuner était vraiment pas à la hauteur : pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner dans la petit cour très joli, mais plutôt dans les chambres dans un panier avec des produits industriels bas de gamme. Par ailleurs les horaires pour les petits dej demandé par un formulaire web ne sont pas respectés et comme la réception n'est pas ouverte on a du attendre une heure pour le petit dej et sortir. In fine les autres jours on s'est payé un petit dej à l'extérieur
- la terrasse est à l'étage ce qui n'a pas été précisé en terme d'accessibilité et la chambre sur rue
- les 2 piscines étaient gelées (chambre ou cour intérieure) donc exit toute possibilité de bain

Before and during check-in Miguel was so helpful. The hotel is stunning. The breakfast choice is very good.

Pros:

Character of building. Courtyard area for socialising. Independence having your own kitchenette in the room.
Quiet at night.

Cons:

Would have liked access to a coffee machine and cups by the courtyard throughout the day.
Would have been improved with bistro table and chairs in room to eat breakfast
