Tranquil, comfortable elegance with service. Loved it
Pros:

The property is tucked away, but close to the centre of the city. With the roof top terrace and plunge pool (not heated) gives a welcome private outside space in the city centre. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast delivered to the room is great to take and enjoy on the terrace.

A beautiful and convenient place to stay.
Pros:

A great location tucked away from the main tourist areas but within 20 minutes walk of most cultural sights. It was quiet and a great place to relax during our stay. Our room was spacious with a huge bathroom, useful kitchenette and comfy bed and sofa. It was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. The breakfast basket delivered outside our door was a great idea. Useful communication and information on local restaurants. Miguel and his team were very helpful.

Pros:

Wunderschöner Palacio in ruhiger trotzdem zentraler Lage. Geschmachvoll eingerichtet. Eine Oase in der Stadt. Das Frühstück konnte individuell zusammengestellt werden. War sehr lecker und (wo möglich und sinvoll) in wiederverwendbarer Verpackung bereitgestellt.

Perfect from start to finish, Staff friendly, facilities excellent. Totally relaxed.
Pros:

the approach to breakfast, delivering a hamper to the door every morning, was novel and beautifully executed. Really enjoyed it.

Pros:

El Palacio es muy bonito, y bien conservado. Reservamos el fin de semana completo con motivo de nuestra boda en Sevilla, para que el sábado pudiera arreglarse allí y hacerse las fotos, y por la noche pasar la noche de bodas juntos.

Cons:

Realizamos el check in el viernes por la noche y salimos a cenar, cuando volvimos (como no hay nadie de forma presencial) intentamos entrar con el código que me habían enviado por WhatsApp sin lograrlo. Tuvimos que llamar por teléfono y nos dijeron que se habrían equivocado y que nos darían el correcto, después de estar un rato en la puerta sin poder entrar.
Por otro lado, cuando amanecimos el domingo justo después de nuestra boda, nuestro desayuno no estaba preparado. Tuvo que ir mi marido a reclamarlo y se lo prepararon rápido para dejárnoslo en la puerta, tarde y faltando bastantes cosas, que no reclamamos por falta de tiempo, pero se notaba que estaba preparado con prisas. Además no nos preguntaron por nuestras preferencias (como sí habían hecho el día anterior). Nos esperábamos un mejor trato y servicio por el precio que pagamos. Además, no tuvieron ningún detalle sabiendo que lo reservábamos por nuestra boda ese mismo día.
El acceso prácticamente imposible en coche por las obras de la zona.

Superb find…highly recommend
Pros:

An absolutely stunning hotel. Amazing Architecture and history everywhere you look. Very relaxed and peaceful. Communication from the hotel in advance of our arrival was spot on as we were due to arrive late. The little baskets for breakfast were very sweet. Loved the honesty bar too was such a great idea. Thank you to the team for having us to stay would definitely recommend.

Le calme du quartier, la propreté

Cons:

La piscine est petite 3mX3m glaciale et impraticable. Et pas chauffée alors que sur le site c'est noté ouverte toute l'année.
C'est une publicité mensongère.
Nous avons payé pour avoir accès à la piscine.
Pour le petit déjeuner servi en chambre. Pas d'œuf, ni d'omelette.
Certains jours 1 tranché de jambon et 1 tranche de fromage. Nous avons demandé 1 banane, nous avons eu 1 poire. Problème d'approvisionnement.
La nuit a 200 € , pas de piscine et déjeuner léger. C'est cher payé et à 2km du centre

Great reception staff and a wonderful stay in an historic building
Pros:

Its a beautiful historic building and a spacious room layout. Breakfast was delivered to room every morning. The reception and cleaning team are great. Communication was good with WhatsApp messages and my room was always spotless.

Cons:

processed supermarket ham and cheese selection when local options could have been better quality. Perhaps a great fresh fruit selection on the breakfast menu. My room had two beds pushed together so an uncomfortable middle section. Maybe a mattress topper would solve this? So some small attention to details could make the stay/experience even better.
