L'emplacement, en dehors de Bilbao mais pas trop éloigné,
L'équipement de l'hôtel,
La compétence du personnel notamment pour ses conseils par rapport à la visite de la ville.

Casa hermosa, estancia demasiado corta
Pros:

La casa era muy hermosa y era un placer simplemente estar en ella durante unas pocas horas. El decorado de la casa era de muy buen gusto, interesante y original. El personal era muy amable y discreto. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda y el desayuno servido con buena atención.

El estado general de la habitación estaba un poco justito...descuidado, no muy limpio, la almohada era durisima y algunas cosas no funcionaban como los estores y el secador de pelo.

Una pena tan bonito y no cuiden los detalles.
Pros:

Las salas comunes y la ubicación.

Cons:

Falta de limpieza, habitación sin ventilación natural, cama estrecha e incomoda, iluminación deprimente, ducha muy estrecha no apta para personas con embergadura y más de 1,85 metros. Al tercer día ya no había papel higiénico (no ponen un rollo de papel extra para cuando se acabe).

Camera molto calda, con un vecchio ventilatore come unico refrigerio, non esiste il piccolo frigo di cortesia... che d'estate per chi viaggia è molto comodo.
