Hotel Sunshine

Nous y avons très mal manger, aucun plat n’était correct, ils nous servaient parfois des plats fait la veille et réchauffer, la nourriture trop pimentée et ce malgré le fait qu’on leur demandait de ne pas le faire, nous avons séjourner dans un autre hôtel avant et nous n’avons eu aucun problème avec la nourriture bien que le style très épicé soit de coutume au Nigeria,le wifi n’était pas disponible sauf de le haul d’entrer et au premier étage, à partir du 2e et du 3e pas de wifi, les salles de bain horrible, les robinets etaient vieux et mal fait, les rideaux de la chambre pleins de poussière ainsi que les climatiseurs, ce court séjour dans cet hôtel nous a tous valu de rentrer avec des rhumes.

Internet wasn’t stable.

Front desk needs reshuffling

The fact that they don't allow me to smoke in sure a cool and chill place like that lol 🤣

My room had no refrigerator. I complained and they promised to provide one but didn't. Secondly, I wanted to extend my stay. They promised to get back to me but didn't get back.

The fact that I missed my breakfast and it wasn’t but rather being told if l missed that it Means have loose it

Criminal minded staff. Our things was scattered after room cleaning on our last day, bags had been opened, personal stuff was gone etc.

Called reception twice and they told they would send someone to the room, but it never happened. I went downstairs to sort out the matter trying to get a refund due to this. Management was obviously not caring about this case at all, not interested in sorting out the matter.

It’s even more disturbing that after we left that night, the hotel cancelled our two night stay after checkout so we were therefore prevented from leaving a review.

Had to make a new booking to be able to tell the world about how they operate.

They also did not accept the price on booking.com for a deluxe room, we’re supposed to pay 90.000naira for two nights, but ended up after some discussion to pay 140.000naira and then without the breakfast that was supposed to be included.

In addition, the door to the bathroom was gone (not so nice when travelling not alone…). And the bathroom smelled of sewerage, leaving the whole hotel room in a bad smelling condition.

Stay away from this hotel if you want peace in your mind!

The informed us that complimentary breakfast would start at 7am. We were there up until 7:26 and it wasn't ready or served. I couldn't eat before my trip back

The structure is quite dated, The rooms are quite run down with worn and old furniture.The wi-fi kept disconnecting and they even had to change our room upstairs to be closer.From the first day we were insisted that breakfast was for one person but the room was booked for two.I asked to resolve this dispute with booking but they continued to offer us breakfast for one The mattresses are terrible and very uncomfortable.
