Pros:

The staff was very lovely; they were very helpful to book the different activities I wanted to do and gave me good restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, with a beautiful view and location was great.

Wir hatten leider einen holprigen Start, jedoch hat das Personal immer versucht das Beste herauszuholen.

Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen und es gibt mehrere Optionen.

Cons:

- Wir hatten nach dem kostenlosen Airport Shuttle gefragt und uns wurde nur gesagt, dass wir abgeholt werden. Wir haben am Flughafen also jemanden mit unserem Namen oder dem Namen des Hotels gesucht, jedoch war dort niemand. Als wir uns dann nochmal beim Hotel erkundet haben, wurde uns gesagt, dass das Shuttle ein Bus ist, der bereits abgefahren ist und er wurde dann nochmal zu uns geschickt. An Sich nicht schlimm, da wir nur ~30 Minuten warten mussten, aber hätte man uns gesagt, dass der Shuttle ein kleiner weißer offener Bus ist, hätten wir noch einsteigen können, da wir ihn anfangs wegfahren gesehen haben.

- bei der Zahlung nutzen sie ihren eigenen Umrechnungskurs um US Dollar (Buchung) in Quetzal umzurechnen, welcher schlechter ist als der offizielle und wir daher etwas mehr Zahlen mussten als bei der Buchung angegeben.

- unser Zimmer (210) hat im Bad leider sehr stark nach Schimmel / Abwasser gerochen, dass wir das Bad nicht nutzen wollten und das Zimmer mit geschlossener Türe auch leicht gerochen hat. Wir konnten dann erst nach der zweiten Nacht das Zimmer wechseln, wo es dann besser war.

Excelentes funcionais, localização e vista no café da manhã

Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, prestativos e educados. O hotel fica em uma excelente localização. O café da manhã é muito bom e com uma vista espetacular do lago.

Precioso alojamiento en la isla de Flores, terraza para desayuno completo y variado a la carta en el lago. Los empleados muy amables y profesionales, nos facilitaton varias excursiones al area arqueologica. Disponen de servicio de shuttle cortesia del hotel para recogida en el aeropuerto.

Cons:

No dispone de piscina pero si puedes ir a otras piscinas de otros dos hoteles compartidos
