Pros:

Beautiful views of the lake, super accessible to all things in Flores. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Even letting us store our bags for free a few days after our stay when we were no longer hotel guests and letting us take the free airport shuttle!

Pros:

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado.
El desayuno muy rico.
Nos resolvieron el traslado al aeropuerto en la partida, un servicio súper importante por el horario del vuelo, por ser muy temprano nos dieron una vianda con el desayuno.

Chambre avec vue sur le lac, spacieuse et confortable, au calme au dernier étage. Eau chaude dans la douche. Personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner avec vue. Emplacement central sur l'île, facile d'accès.

Cons:

A bit outdated, but gets the job done
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, yet on a quiet street. Breakfast is excellent, with different types of atol and traditional dishes to try each day. They also offer a complimentary airport transfer, and the air conditioning works perfectly

Cons:

The rooms feel a bit old-fashioned and could benefit from some renovation. They are also quite bright, and the bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

Pros:

Estar frente al lago es una maravilla. Que tengan convenio de piscina con otros hoteles es muy bueno. La terraza de arriba maravillosa. Todo el personal se esmeró en darnos un buen servicio y atender cualquier necesidad. Las recomendación del Tour a Tikal fue excelente. El personal del Tour muy capacitado y entregado en su servicio. El traslado gratuito al aeropuerto ida y regreso del Hotel.

Cons:

Solo el baño tiene graditas pequeñas innecesarias, que a una persona mayor le puede dificultar manejarse. Se podría arreglar con solo ponerle cemento para desaparecerlas, para una mayor movilidad de personas mayores.
