El hotel es muy cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que es muy necesario en la isla que es sumamente calurosa.
El único detalle es que no te brindan toda la información al momeb6o de reservar el paquete a Tikal, por ejemplo, sino compras con ellos los boletos, no te informan que debes de hacerlo para poder entrar al parque al amanecer. Lo supe por otro turista y gracias a eso pude preguntar en el hotel y me han dado toda la información. Tampoco me dijeron que el sitio de reunión era en las letras del pueblo y no en el hotel.

Hotel con mucho encanto. Estuvimos en la primera planta y era muy tranquila. Tenía ventilador de techo y aire acondicionado, imprescindible en Flores. El desayuno muy bueno y en personal también.
We had a wonderful stay! The customer service was exceptional—everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our flight was delayed after we had already checked out, and they kindly allowed us to use the pool at their sister hotel while we waited, which we really appreciated.
The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the hotel offered great value for the price. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Bem localizado, vista bonita do lago e café da manhã bom. A recepção é atenciosa e o hotel oferece transfer para o aeroporto.
Instalações antigas, decoração do quarto antiquada/kitsch, não havia água quente, travesseiros desconfortáveis e a piscina, q aparece nas fotos, na verdade fica em outro hotel q pertence ao msm grupo. O hóspede pode usar, mas precisa se deslocar...
Achamos o hotel caro para o que entregou (o que parece ser comum na ilha de Flores).

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf den See. Frühstück war toll und mit vielen Varianten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für unseren Ausflug nach Tikal haben wir sogar ein Frühstückspaket bekommen. Zudem hat das Hotel eine Kooperation mit zwei anderen Hotels, deren Pool man kostenlos nutzen kann. Das hat uns bei den Temperaturen den Tag gerettet

A lovely hotel in a perfect location. The surroundings are beautiful, and the views over the lake are stunning. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, making it a wonderful place to relax. I would definitely stay here again.
