Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, yet on a quiet street. Breakfast is excellent, with different types of atol and traditional dishes to try each day. They also offer a complimentary airport transfer, and the air conditioning works perfectly

The rooms feel a bit old-fashioned and could benefit from some renovation. They are also quite bright, and the bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

Estar frente al lago es una maravilla. Que tengan convenio de piscina con otros hoteles es muy bueno. La terraza de arriba maravillosa. Todo el personal se esmeró en darnos un buen servicio y atender cualquier necesidad. Las recomendación del Tour a Tikal fue excelente. El personal del Tour muy capacitado y entregado en su servicio. El traslado gratuito al aeropuerto ida y regreso del Hotel.

Cons:

Solo el baño tiene graditas pequeñas innecesarias, que a una persona mayor le puede dificultar manejarse. Se podría arreglar con solo ponerle cemento para desaparecerlas, para una mayor movilidad de personas mayores.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Es wirkte frisch renoviert, war hell, groß und sehr sauber. Die Betten fanden wie bequem, es gab ausreichend Ablageflächen im Zimmer, eine sehr leise A/C und das Bad war auch sehr schön.
Die Terrasse mit Blick über den See ist fantastisch und auch das morgendliche Frühstück auf einer anderen Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen.
Sehr empfehlenswert!
