Tolles Hotel mit tollem Service in bester Lage
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf den See. Frühstück war toll und mit vielen Varianten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für unseren Ausflug nach Tikal haben wir sogar ein Frühstückspaket bekommen. Zudem hat das Hotel eine Kooperation mit zwei anderen Hotels, deren Pool man kostenlos nutzen kann. Das hat uns bei den Temperaturen den Tag gerettet

Beautiful Lakeside Stay

Pros:

Esta bien ubicado dentro de flores, el desayuno está todo muy bien, tiene aire acondicionado y buena limpieza.

Cons:

Mucho ruido de todos ámbitos, teníamos una habitación en la planta baja que da directamente a la cocina y desde las 6 de la mañana se oía todo. A su vez estaba pegada a la zona de estar y si hay gente hablando hay que mandar callar para poder dormir. En general está bien, pero es carillo para lo que es...

Cumple el objetivo, nada espectacular.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a la entrada de la pequeña islita de Flores, fácil de llegar caminando y cargando maletas, los vehículos no están ingresando a la isla porque el municipio esta arreglando el puente, son 10 minutos caminando entre el inicio del puente y el hotel.

Cons:

La mayoría de las habitaciones tienen una ventana interna que da a un pasillo, por lo que vi solo un par de habitaciones tienen vista a la parte interna de la isla. No me gusto que las áreas comunes están totalmente abandonadas y los desayunos desatendidos…

Beautiful lake view
Pros:

Virkelig flotte værelser og udsigt. Beliggenheden var også perfekt k første række ned mod vandet.

Cons:

Personalet var desværre ikke så gode til engelsk, så det kunne godt være lidt svært at få hjælp hvis man ikke snakkede spansk. De var dog stadig meget søde!

Pros:

Excelente ubicación en la isla de flores, con una bonita terraza para disfrutar del desayuno. El desayuno muy bueno con varias opciones para seleccionar. La habitación es cómoda y el aire acondicionado funciona bien. El personal del hotel es muy amable y en la recepción te ayudan a organizar tours. Inclusive el hotel tiene un transporte gratis desde y hacia el aeropuerto en ciertos horarios

Bonito y bueno para salir del paso. Te cobran diferente a Booking

Era sencillo llegar, aunque cuando fui estaban reparando el acceso principal de la isla, así que había que ingresar era poco cómodo. El desayuno parecía poco pero en realidad estaba bien, no era espectacular pero tampoco estaba mal.

Cons:

La habitación estaba en el tercer piso y no había elevador, la señal de televisión era muy mala, y al pagar ahí nos cobraron un monto superior al facturado por medio de Booking y no supieron explicar por qué. El recepcionista casi no supo responder ninguna pregunta.

Excellent location, very comfortable bedrooms
Pros:

This is a really nice hotel - we only wish we had longer to enjoy it more! Really nice shower, beds are so comfy, really big room, Netflix on tv. The staff also gave us a lunch box to bring with us to the Tikal ruins as we would miss breakfast due to doing the sunrise tour which was a nice touch.

Cons:

Nothing- everything was perfect!
