The location and building are amazing. The staff were super helpful and great coms as well were arriving after reception was closed but they sorted everything out for me. On top of that they let us park our motorbikes near the main entrance for max security. If you are on motorbikes and getting the ferry at Bilbao this is a perfect location; 34 min from the ferry
No food or drink at the hotel which would have been amazing as it’s such a nice place that would have been great to have dinner and breakfast there. Having said that there are plenty of coffee shops around to grab dinner or breakfast
El edificio nos gustó mucho, el personal fue muy amable y todo estaba muy limpio. El único aspecto negativo fue que coincidimos con una fuerte ola de calor y la habitación se calentaba mucho. Finalmente tuvimos que comprar un ventilador para poder descansar.
Es un lugar con encanto y muy bien ubicado.

el lugar es pintoreso, el pueblo es bonito
las habitaciones (celdas) son oscuras y muy calientes, poco ventiladas, no hay aire acondicionado. Supuestamente el día que llegamos (sábado) el restaurante estaba abierto pero no fue así, estaba cerrado. El staff es inexistente, te dan las instrucciones para entrar por Whastap. Nos hicieron registrarnos on line antes de la llegada (en ningún otro hotel reservado con Booking ha sido así) aportando algunos datos del DNI (como número de soporte) que considero innecesarios y confidenciales. El desayuno en la cafetería con opciones bastante limitadas.
Lovely building, style and location.
Sweltering temperature in room due to lack of air conditioning, only supplied a small fan after complaining, which didn't help at all.
Reception staff gave us wrong information on breakfast time and failed to communicate on room after saying they would.
Cafeteria, opened 30min late and no breakfast was provided by the not so helpful grumpy staff who informed us that breakfast had been cancelled and there was no kitchen staff.
The hotel was much nicer inside than it looked from the outside.
The rooms were very spacious
Check in closes at 6pm - which wasn’t a problem, but if we had arrived later I don’t know how we would have got into the hotel as there are no staff in the hotel after 6pm. The restaurant is only open at lunchtime, so not breakfast or dinner meal was available. It was a heatwave the night of our stay and the room was hot, there was no air con or even fans.
Location is good and a nice building
When booking states the bar and restraunt will be open,on arrival informed all are closed for the night.Please state this when booking.

Lovely hotel in a great location right next to the town.
There was no air conditioning or fans so the rooms were hot. Our room was right above the bus station so it was very noisy and there was loud music playing until 2.30am.
Lovely hotel, lots of character, excellent location, good facilities, spotless.
