Si la habitación está hecha, no se puede tener a un cliente sin entrar porque no son las 14:00.
Nunca hay gente en recepción, tienes que hablar con trabajadores que no saben tu situación.
Muy poco profesional este aspecto.
Ubicación y Parking. Agua y zumo en la habitación
Bañera antigua y grifos antiguos
El hotel es muy bonito al conservar el estilo del antiguo convento, uno de los lugares históricos de la villa. Muy bien ubicado. El disponer de parking privado es otro lujo a tener en cuenta.
Habitación muy grande.
Cama muy cómoda.
Todo muy limpio.
Cercano al centro de Balmaseda
Por poner una pega, solo hay alguien en recepción hasta las 18h.
El carácter del sitio, es un sitio muy peculiar. Cenamos en su restaurante y también nos gustó mucho
