A Do Not Miss Hotel!
Pros:

The location was fantastic! You have to ring a bell at one of those giant double doors to be let in then walk up two flights of steps to get to reception. There is a small elevator halfway up but you still need to get your luggage up at least one flight. There is a sort of slide going up the steps so you can roll your luggage up instead of carrying it but WOW! Once you get upstairs the building and the views are insane. Very high ceilings, cool frescos on the walls, comfortable beds, very large room, great bathroom, insane views of the Uffizi, and a very cool rooftop deck. It's a boutique hotel so we only interacted with one employee but he was lovely. I would stay here again!

Cons:

The stair issue would have made it too difficult to stay more than two or three days.

Posizione centralissima, stanze ampie, pulite, arredate con gusto, c’è anche un terrazzo all’ultimo piano che offre una vista sui tetti della città e il duomo :) possibilità di lasciare le valigie in struttura dopo il check out

Definitivamente recomendado, bom custo beneficio e bom staff
Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa, muito boa mesmo, muito central. Apesar de não ter café da manha, tinham sempre bolachinhas e café disponiveis na recepção + filtro de agua, achei bem legal. Staff muito simpatico e eficiente, gostei bastante.

Cons:

Apenas o fato de não ter café da manha disponivel que eu particularmente gosto, mas entendo que fica mais barato sem o café da manhã. Pra quem tem problemas de mobilidade, do terreo para o primeiro andar nao tem elevador, entao acaba tendo que subir um pouco as escadas.

Very good location and a small coffee table in the reception with water, coffee, tea and some snacks

Cons:

There was a lot of noise. When we first arrived late at night the water for the shower was extremely cold. There was no one there to ask for help. Of course they gave us another room the next day. While changing rooms we forgot an expensive face cream, and when we asked for it the next morning they told us that they threw it away.

La ubicacion y la terraza increible. Habitación muy espaciosa. Facilidad para hacer el check in aun si llegas tarde

Todo fue muy bueno excepto el hecho de no poder dejar en el alojamiento las maletas durante unas horas, tras hacer el check out. La chica de recepción nos dijo que no se hacia responsable si luego nos faltaba algo, ya que entra mucha gente en el hotel. Nos comentó que llevaramos con nosotras los objetos de valor por si luego nos robaban algo. Que falta de seguridad es la que hemos tenido?Tratandose de una ubicacion tan centrica me parece lo mínimo poder dejar las maletas. No nos gustó el trato de la recepcionista.

Lovely hotel & staff, needs noise reduction work though.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic, the location of the hotel is good and the rooms are very nice. Although no breakfast option was available, there is a nice little snack and coffee/tea area for guests.

Cons:

The only negative was the excessive noise from outside making it difficult to sleep. The windows need to either be double glazed or have something added to reduce the noise. Due to the narrow street and tall buildings, the sound carried straight up & through our closed window. There were many people running, yelling, talking loudly etc every night in the street below our window.

Pros:

Boa localização e atendimento do staff. Perto das atrações principais da cidade. Café da manhã muito simples, incluido, mas disponivel 24hs. Elevador (apenas para um degrau) .

Cons:

A localização é a 15 minutos da estação principal de trem, e o deslocamento precisa ser cuidadoso, porque as ruas estreitas e escuras (dependendo do horário). Fora isso, não ´tem elevador para todo o trajeto da portaria até o quarto, apenas 1 andar.
