Getting the luggage up the steps to the front desk

Jag hade bokat ett rum med balkong och panoramautsikt. I själva verket tittade man ut på en vit vägg som var ca 6 meter mittemot på
en innergård. Om man stod på den minimala franska balkongen och böjde sig ut kunde man se ett torn men annars ingenting mer än väggarna på
Innergården. Det var heller ingen hiss de första två
Trapporna vilket var ett problem då

Är 83 år gammal. Lite smutsigt i hissen vilket gav ett dåligt första intryck. Receptionen var otroligt enkel. Hotellrummet saknade ett täcke. Hela känslan var att hotellet skulle behöva renoveras och att det behövdes mer professionell personal. Speciellt därför att man lätt förväntar sig mer av ett hotell på den adressen.

The rooms at Hotel Del Corso are nicely decorated, but unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing.

First, be aware that the elevator starts on the second floor. You have to carry your luggage up a very difficult flight of stairs just to reach it, which is extremely inconvenient—especially with large or heavy bags. I’ll be including photos so future guests know what to expect.

The rooms are also not well soundproofed. We could hear everything, and it became very loud whenever guests arrived during the late-night and early-morning hours or people were talking around the reception area. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were hard and extremely flat, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

My only interaction with the receptionist was when we arrived, and unfortunately, she was rude and unprofessional. She told us she was overwhelmed by the number of people and became visibly frustrated with us. After traveling and carrying luggage up those stairs, that was not the welcome we expected.

Although the rooms themselves are nice, the difficult access, excessive noise, uncomfortable bedding, and unpleasant reception experience would prevent me from staying here again.

No elevators on the 1st floor. We had to carry luggages to the 2nd floor. Rooms are located on the 3rd floor. Very noisy in the late hours, both outside and in the hotel. Upon our arrival, front desk girl, Valentina, was overwhelmed by our party of 4 to check us in.

The fact that there is no elevator on the ground floor, which makes it very difficult to get the luggage up to the first floor.
