The friendlyness of the staff, location, plenty of bars near by

Just the view of window but wasn’t in the room enough fir it to bother us
Great location, lovely big room (stayed in a deluxe double), very clean and comfortable. Amazing staff.
Large windows down to the floor which left no privacy on the front street. Had to keep thick curtains closed on beautiful sunny days.
I stayed here as a treat for my 5 year old niece. The staff could not do enough for you especially Amy on reception going out of her way to recommend nearby eateries. My niece wants to return to Southport to see her especially!
I rang in advance to request a quiet room as I am a light sleeper and the room was perfect and so quiet.
Great location and nearby reduced rate car parking.

Room service did forget toast with breakfast however we appreciate we rang to receive it earlier than scheduled and it was not a problem. It did not stop us enjoying it.

The shower alternated between boiling hot and freezing cold, It wasn't usable. Our family were in 3 rooms and they all said the same. I think the water pressure had something to do with it, it kept dipping.

The amount of stairs going too room .and room was awkward too find plus couldn't get in room with key .

No view out of window. Overlooking flat roof and noisy air conditioning fans. Mirrors in the room not well situated. The mirror over the dressing table was far too high. You couldn't even see the top of your head. The large bed was two singles zipped together. The zip was painful when turning over during the night.
Location staff cleanliness
Beds horrific.. so small I would say it’s smaller than queen side not a good nights sleep at all.. noise a bar near was blasting music till 2am
