Central to Southport. Air con in the room on the hottest days. Could drop our bags off earlier.

We wasn’t warned that our room was right next to the main kitchen extraction system so was making a right noise through the night so sleeping wasn’t easy , an the receptionist staff didn’t seem very friendly our welcoming at all!
Upon arrival the lady on the reception was wonderful then 2mins later with the same beautiful smile served me a drink 10/10
The noise as on a main road didn't spoil it one bit but as so hot needed windows open so occasional times was bit noisy
The room was small and I booked a double by mistake.

The staff were really nice polite n very helpful
We needed disabled access room but it was not in use due to faults with the bathroom, we got upgraded to a bigger room which was really nice but the bathroom was not good for my disabled husband so he couldn't have a shower as there was no disabled rails n the toilet was behind the door makin it very difficult for me to get him to the toilet as he cant walk n has a wheelchair which I had to manager alot to get access to toilet which was far to low for him, very stressful for him n myself
Great location and comfortable bed. Most staff were friendly and helpful.
We paid extra for a suite, which was lovely, but the shower ahead was broken and wouldn't angle so we had to stand right underneath it with the shower hose in the way. We reported it but nothing was done.
We stayed on a Saturday night and, despite being on the third floor, loud music with a heavy bass could be heard until we'll after midnight, even though we closed the window - on a hot night - and had ear plugs.
We weren't told until after booking, breakfast was taken across the road in a sister hotel. The buffet breakfast food was not very good, it seemed to be of poor quality and not very exciting. Very disappointing.
Close to town , what we needed at the time , staff lovely , very clean
Room we stayed in had wet room bathroom and shower totally soaked whole bathroom the way the water drained so inc toilet and sink area . Was clean though
Modern clean room very spacious
The air conditioning would t work and the lights kept tripping out . It was very noisy so didn’t get to sleep until 2am
