Convenient location on Lord Street.
The room was nicely refurbished and modern. We judge by bathrooms - this one was great.
We didn’t expect much of a view but it wasn’t great; seeing the air conditioning spaghetti of pipes and cables, and flat roof that had better days. We just kept the blinds closed. I probably should have checked it had a king size bed - it only had a double. I think other rooms had king size - so my fault.

The staff, decor and cleanliness of the room. Nice fresh rooms, really comfy bed. Tea, coffee making facilities. Fridge and ironing board. Great size tv.
The room we stayed in were opposite houses which could see into the room Had to keep closing the curtains just to get changed, need some privacy blinds fitting. Also windows are single glazed so it can be quite noisy. Room was beautiful but missing a few things, such as full length mirror and towel rails.
Location, breakfast was lovely.
Nothing, would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the room.
