How quiet and clean and tidy it was staff very helpfull

Cons:

Before checking out I stripped the beds ready for the cleaners I was disappointed with the state of the blankets absolutely diabolical the bedding

I would of liked a second bedroom with having 2 children

Location was very central

Cons:

No plug sockets near a mirror had to ring reception for an extension lead so could do hair in front of the mirror. The lighting in the room was terrible too

Staff were lovely.
Need a full length mirror somewhere in the room. Small swivel mirror in the bathroom wouldn't stay vertical, so useless.
No toiletrys.
