We only stayed for one night as my husband had an early appointment. We couldn't of asked for a more enjoyable stay.
Lovely rooms in a nice pub, no noise from the pub or street , lovely new rooms
Great time
Clean, welcoming, rooms large spacious, pillows were a little hard for me, breakfast was across the road at sister hotel, but excellent, chef was very helpful, waiting staff very quick to clean plates etc away

Great stay - good facilities
There are a lot of options for an evenings entertainment, music, outside and inside seating, dining in one of the associated businesses next door (The Grand, The Bold, Punch Tarmey's). We enjoyed our stay and will go back.
Nice hotel excellent staff, spoilt by very loud music from Irish Bar below till early hours. Poor sound proofing.
The property was excellent in every way.
Room.was clean and tidy and modern. Bit of a strange hotel as my room was directly above a bar, no blinds on window to front so had to have curtains constantly drawn or would of been a peep show. Very noisy at night from bar and road with ourside noise. Had to go over road for breakfast to another hotel, the gym was a 10 minite walk and not on site. Over all clean, but wouldn't stay again.
Well located hotel in prime position on Lord Street with pub, , restaurant, hall and piano bar attached. THE class venue in Southport. Highly recommended for memorable weekend away.
I like what they had to offer, plus it was situated in a commercial environment where you can get everything at a walkable distance. The bedroom is beautiful and modern. The staff members are good and always ready to help.
Stay was ok, hotel was there or there abouts. The internet was dreadful and phone signal didn’t work. This made things very difficult. The bar connected to the hotel was very loud each night.
Probably one of the better hotels in Southport… but…
Sadly: breakfast was in a sister hotel, not onsite.
Rooms quite noisy due to ineffective soundproofing - especially noisy doors at night and in the mornings.
Most staff were lovely.
I merely booked another longer staff but hotels.com showed at least 6 rooms for my stay period but the lady on reception said they were full ! Who was wrong!
So decent hotel - just need door closers, better showers and accommodate breakfast in the Grand rather than in the pub nearby.
Good location, car park is handy but a bit tight to get into - reasonable rate with hotel discount.
Beautiful room, lovely hotel, immaculately decorated. Harry’s roof bar is a fantastic, delicious cocktails at reasonable prices. As note you are supposed to book the roof terrace online. We’d definitely recommend a stay here, fab hotel and location

Good stay, friendly welcome. Very warm room, and not the best view. But overall a very nice stay.
Very nice hotel,double bed a bit small and matress was hard,apart from that, everything else was fine,thank you.
Noise from the pub underneath is significant.
Room is either entirely exposed (when curtains are open everyone outside can see everything in the room) or very dark when curtains are closed.
