El personal muy amable, las vistas del hotel es muy bonita, al salir de la habitación o en cualquier pasillo del hotel tienes una vista hermosa. El café es muy rico durante las mañanas, todo el frigobar en la habitación fue lo mejor

Fantastic location, sensational staff, a perfect spot to “slow down” during your holiday!
Pros:

A beautiful room, with windows and a balcony overlooking the lake. There are hammocks right outside the rooms, free to use!
The staff are sensational - so kind, and willing to help. The ferry that shuttles across to the mainland is so handy, and always accessible!
Also, fantastic water pressure in the shower!!!

<Décu du guest hotel St Miguel, mais trés heureux chez Casa Azucena

Tout d’abord, il nous ont envoyé un shuttle qui n'est jamais arrivé. Nous avons téléphoné, ils ont coupé la communication et nous avons du prendre un taxi qui nous a escroqué de 300 GTQ au lieu de 2X 25 pour un vrai taxi.A l'arrivée nous avons demandé une compensation qu'ils ont totalement refusé de façon très désagréable . et nous avons du choisir sur votre site un autre guest house qui lui est formidable.
Merci a vous d'en prendre bonne connaissance et de ne plus le recommander.
