Reservamos en este hotel y en realidad la experiencia fue terrible la avitacion que proporcionaron las camas estaba llenas de chinches!!!! Mi madre fue fuertemente picoteada por esos animales! Claro nos dieron otra avitacion pero creo que la limpieza es primordial no lo recomiendo si no quieren llevarse estos animalitos en sus maletas 😒😒😒😒

Don’t ever book here. Not worth small money

No hot water and No A/C even though north were advertised when booking.

Unpleased.
Pros:

location was great! the view was great!
Accesible to many stores and restaurants.

Cons:

the service of the staff. I had to cancel right there because the staff ignored us and wasnt able to answer us some questions. My mother was with me and she is handycap and was unable to climb the high steps (very high) and I asked the young lady if there was a way that that my mom could climb. 4 other persons were with me and wanted a stay for the night as well, the young lady kept ignoring. So I just walked away from there and went to another one where my mom was able to walk in.

Lovely staff, place needs work.

good location friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The whole place needs a facelift. The shower was only useable when you turned the main water switch. There were bugs crawling all over our sink. The bedding was clean, though under the beds were incredibly dusty. The place looks like it couple use a lick of pain and some money spent on chairs/ necessities. Up in the bar I sat on 3 broken chairs before I could sit on one. The bartender was a lovely man- big shout out! But for the amount of money compared to the facilities available, I would stay in a hostel that has better.

Pros:

The terrace and restaurant looks good. For breakfast included there is only one option, traditional breakfast, but also good. We also try local food on the middle of bridge to Santa Elena. We had balcony with wiew to the lake. Flores is nice colorful city and lake is beautiful mainly in sunset

Cons:

The room should not be bad but more things need the repairs and that is what I don't like and doesn't matter if it is cheap accomodation. For example doors to balcony was not possible to locked from inside, shower was bad, there was the big hole in floor... For photos I excepted more. Also there was not drinking water what offer every accomodation what I have visited before. The staff speaks only spanish so there was some confusion between us. I also dont like polyester linen

Pros:

Great location, beautiful views of Flores! Our private room was air conditioned and beds were comfy. The doors locked well.

Cons:

Was not clean at all, our room had ants everywhere, food and empty plates from guests next was just left for days.

They stole things in my luggage during the evening
Pros:

Nothing. During the only night we stayed, they stole some things in my luggage when we went out to eat. No money fortunately.

Cons:

Not feeling safe at all. The kid who guards the hotel at night is responsible for theft. One night was enough. Bad place to stay safe. Even for one night! Run!!
