Pros:

Cozy hotel in a convenient location for visiting the island of Flores as well as for the various excursions, with spacious and comfortable rooms. However, the best aspect of this hotel is the staff, who were especially kind and hospitable toward us, giving us great help in dealing with the problems we had due to the airline we flew with. Once again thank you for your help!

Cons:

Chambre assez petite avec salle de bain étroite
Beaucoup de bruit car situé a proximité de la rue principale, beaucoup de véhicules passent par là et lhotel donne directement sur la rue

Buon alloggio comodo per la partenza dei tour la mattina presto
Pros:

La posizione comoda per i tour, anche se la via proncipale é trafficata e rumorosa. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale cortese e gentile.

Cons:

La mattina presto iniziano a sentirsi i rumori che provengono dalla strada, la tenda sulla finestra non isola dalla luce fuori.

Don't stay if you want to sleep
Cons:

I had read previous reviews mentioning the loud air conditioning, but I assumed it could be managed with earplugs. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The noise level was extremely high — comparable to sleeping next to an airplane engine. It was impossible to sleep, and the constant noise felt excessive and uncomfortable.

The room window faced an internal corridor, so there was no option to open it for fresh air. Without the AC running, the room quickly became stuffy and hot, leaving no workable solution for a comfortable night’s rest. Unfortunately, the lack of sleep made the stay very unpleasant. I genuinely believe I would have rested better in a basic hostel.

The service experience was also disappointing. I informed the staff the night before that I needed to leave for a 6:00 AM Tikal tour. However, the hotel was locked in the morning, and I had to knock on the reception door for several minutes before the receptionist woke up and let me out.

During checkout, there was again no one at the reception, and I had to wait about 30 minutes for a staff member to arrive. Communication was also difficult, as no one spoke English.

Overall, the combination of extreme noise and poor service made this a very frustrating stay.

Pros:

Localização excelente, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Quarto com cheiro de limpeza!! Tem como tomar café da manhã ao lado.

Era súper cómodo y con excelente ubicación. El personal era muy a,a le y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje.

Cons:

Estaba cerca de la calle nuestra habitación, por lo que había un poco de ruido en la noche.
