Maravillosa estancia y localización
Pros:

Una estancia muy cómoda en relación costo servicio... El joven Dimas siempre atendió de manera muy cordial y con una actitud muy buena... Las instalaciones están frente al lago y está todo alrededor del hotel... Gracias y no duden en hospedarse allí...

Cons:

No me gustó que no me pude quedar más días en el hotel.... jajajajaja

This was the perfect place for 2 nights in Flores with a tour of Tikal too.
Pros:

Great location and very nice and comfortable rooms! The staff were able to sign us up for the Tikal tour immediately for the following day. It was great!

Well run and friendly, good location, not expensive.
Pros:

This hotel is well run and very clean. The staff were really helpful. The aircon in my room wasn't working, and they immediately changed me to one where it did. The wifi worked well in the room too. Really nice place, and not expensive.

Cons:

Some people might prefer a hotel deeper into Flores town; this one is on the waterfront just off the causeway from Santa Elena. I liked the location though, which is a stone's throw from where the transport to Tikal leaves from.

Todo muy bien. Sencillo pero bastante limpio, cerca a todo, muy amables. Pedí una habitación del fondo y fue espectacular.

Pros:

非常好的酒店。就在小岛的入口处最外围，可以说是黄金位置，出门就是餐厅。凌晨出发去tikal的一日游仅需步行一分钟。晚上周围灯光亮人多，比住岛的内环安全多了。
最重要的是前台超级超级好。他不会说英语，但是非常热情。允许我退房之后寄存行李到晚上，还帮我收了忘在房间内的衣服。总之强烈推荐。

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y sensación de seguruidad en el lugar. Es un espacio sencillo, pero acogedor. Hay agua disponible godo el tiempo. Desde allí es fácil desplazarse a cualquier parte. La gente fue muy amable en general, excepto por la restricción en la entrada.

Cons:

Hay una buena cantidad de ruido extreno, que puede afectar e descanso de personas coin sueño ligero. Hay que usar protectores para los oídos. Me asignaron una habitación con TRES CAMAS y yo viajaba sola. o es una experiencia agradable, Algunas almohadas tenías forros sucios, ya usados. Al llegar, el encargado me dijo que solo se perimitía entrar hasta las 10 pm y que después cerraban la puerta y no habría manera de entrar o quien abriera. Afortunadamente regresé temprano cada día. No entiendo semejante política en un hotel.

A localização do hotel é ótima, fica logo na entrada da ilha em Flores e de frente para o Lago. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente.

Cons:

No meu dormitório havia uma pequena elevação, ou seja, um degrau de uns 5 centímetros no máximo, onde se localiza o roupeiro. Então: a única coisa que os hóspedes tem de cuidar é ao acessar aquela área para não bater com o pé. 🦶

The place was great. We brought ear plugs because others complained of noise but didnt need them. The location right at the end of the bridge is really nice for when it gets busy at night.
