Localização excelente, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Quarto com cheiro de limpeza!! Tem como tomar café da manhã ao lado.

Staff was ery friendly, the room and bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable aswell. This part of the city is a bit noisy but that is not the hotels fault.
Overall we had a very good stay here.

Hotel Petenchel is a great pick if you are looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly base while exploring Flores and Ti
Pros:

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and—crucially for this region—well-air-conditioned. There’s even a TV with cable; since most shows are in Spanish, it’s actually a great way to squeeze in some language practice! It is located right by the bridge, which is incredibly convenient for meeting up with tour groups that often use the bridge as a starting point. Being on the edge of the island means it’s a bit "out of the action," providing a quieter atmosphere. However, since the island is so small, all the main restaurants and cafes are still just a short, easy walk away.

Cons:

The staff can be a bit less attentive than at other places, but they are perfectly helpful once you approach them. If you value your privacy and don’t like being hovered over, you’ll love it here. Just keep in mind that you may need to seek them out if you need something specific.

Great Value for Money!
Pros:

The room is clean. Very strong & consistent hot water shower. Air-conditioning works well. Drinking water provided. Location is good, very near to the Yo Amo Peten sign which is the meeting point for tours & shuttles.

Cons:

Being on the main road, it might be abit noisy for some people but it was acceptable for me.

Excellent place for the money
Pros:

The hotel is placed just in front of the main street and the tour pickup location. You can find any tours in the offices around. It is also located near to many good restaurants, so you don't need to bother when going out for dinner.

The staff is helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom could be a bit cleaner.

Cons:

La ubicación lo hace un lugar muy ruidoso, incluso en la noche. El personal de recepción no fue muy diligente a la hora de ayudarnos a buscar transporte.
