Check-in went smoothly.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
There is a convenience store in the same building and a few stores around, which is extremely helpful.

Cons:

Stack in a line for breakfast one day, so maybe there aren't enough tables.
The hotel is located too far away from major places, except Teamlab, even though there's a metro station in front of the hotel.

Good. Reception staff were helpful and polite.
Pros:

Extremely close to the train station (2 mins walk). 711 on first floor and Lawson 2 mins walk away. The bedding option is also very good - 2 queens or 1 queen + 2 singles or 1 queen + 1 single. View from top floor was amazing. Hotel looks pretty new and clean.

Breakfast spread limited in space and food variety
