Pros:

Staff were kind and helpful. Clean room.
Close to train and and taxis were always available.
Good location to visit Team Labs and Disney.

Cons:

There weren't too many food options close by to the hotel, however a short train ride to Daiba solved this.
Everything is very spread out in Odaiba so there is a lot of walking.

Pros:

Clean towels and bed made everyday. Good breakfast. 2 stations right next to the hotel which was handy.

Cons:

About 15-30 minutes train ride from everywhere we visited. The 2 train stations made it a lot easier though.

Pros:

Location is great. Direct train lines to Shinjuku and Odaiba. Breakfast is also great and worth for money. Somehow pillows are bit too soft.

Worst stay in Japan
Pros:

Worst possible stay, ended up finding other accommodation. Room was smelly, small, feels like a very old hotel. More like a 2 or 3 star hotel MAX. For Japan standard, it is really bad. If you’re not so bothered by cleanliness or smell this hotel is ok though.
