Location is great. Direct train lines to Shinjuku and Odaiba. Breakfast is also great and worth for money. Somehow pillows are bit too soft.

Worst stay in Japan
Pros:

Worst possible stay, ended up finding other accommodation. Room was smelly, small, feels like a very old hotel. More like a 2 or 3 star hotel MAX. For Japan standard, it is really bad. If you’re not so bothered by cleanliness or smell this hotel is ok though.

It would be better if the hotel rooms had improved soundproofing, as noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor could sometimes affect rest and overall comfort.
