Rooms VERY VERY SMALL
Pros:

Be ware of the small rooms mine was the size of a large closet with a bathroom. I had to turn sideways just to get into bed see photo below. On positive side hotel is right beside train station which is great since there is no night life on the area to speak of.

This was our first stay at the Hilton Ariake in Tokyo, and we had a wonderful time. Everyone was so kind and welcoming.

A special thank you to Momo for preparing our room so beautifully, and to Danny for arranging the Japan Gray Line tour for us. It was an amazing experience, and we truly enjoyed it. We really appreciate your outstanding hospitality!!!!

Pros:

I like this location because it was close to a train station. And since this was at the tail end of the trip, it was a good location that I can get access to the airport limo bus that is in the hotel (Washington) next to it. Other than that, locally, you can walk to the garden mall, which has a lot of stuff, but it will be a short walk.

Cons:

the breakfast was ok., some good option., but what I didn't like was that when I booked the place, I thought my kids good free breakfast included. I was told I was not., and I had to pay for them. It would have been a waste for me to not eat there, since the adults were paid for.
the 7-11 downstairs was smaller and more limited then the usual 7-11 places.

Couldn't imagine a better place for stay in crazy Tokyo :)
Pros:

Hotel is located in a very quiet area so if you are seeking for a rest after chaotic day in Tokyo - this is the one ! It offers a lot of amenities even a coin laundry at your service. Newly equipped gym is a massive bonus, proximity to the metro station is very convenient. Lots of supermarkets around with a shopping mall in 7 minutes walking distance. Rooms are rather small but sufficient for dedicated number of guests. Reception staff is very helpful and welcoming. Even though the hotel feels like it never sleeps, you can get a good rest up in your room and enjoy your time :)

Pros:

Staff were kind and helpful. Clean room.
Close to train and and taxis were always available.
Good location to visit Team Labs and Disney.

Cons:

There weren't too many food options close by to the hotel, however a short train ride to Daiba solved this.
Everything is very spread out in Odaiba so there is a lot of walking.
