Helpful staff and convenient location.
The location, loved that it was located right by a train station
That laundry was quite expensive 🥲 ¥1200 for a regular wash and dry cycle plus I added another ¥1200 to dry for 2 hours and my laundry was barely dry.
We loved the location right next to train station. Hotel is about 50 minutes from most cities in Tokyo.
7-eleven and Lawson near by. For runners doing Tokyo marathon the packet pick area is 10-15 minute walk.
Highly recommend to get away from hustle of Tokyo.

Poloha hotelu pro cestovatele, metro hned vedle hotelu. Dobre dostupne z Haneda letiste, horsi z Narita (delsi jizda metrem). Okoli neni tak rusne jako centrum. Vyborna snidane. V koupelne vana i sprcha, zvlast wc. Ve vyssich patrech pekny vyhled z pokoje. Pekna pyzama, zupany.
Pokoj je maly, vedle postele neni misto zadne a pred posteli je ho malo. Na triluzkovem pokoji se 3 nepohnete. Recepce je v 1. patre, kdyz jedete vytahem do vychodu v prizemi, vytah vzdy stavi v patre s recepci, je to otravne ..
This was actually the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever experienced in a Hilton stay, it was extremely disappointing. To the staff’s credit, they first offered and tried adding a bed topper and moving rooms but it did not greatly improve the uncomfortable sleeping experience. I had such bad hip and back pain after waking up, it really changed our trip plans. We would fall asleep during the day because we were so tired!! Booked April 5-15; we hadn’t booked a stay for the end of our trip (our entire trip was April 5-23) and ended up choosing Hyatt House Tokyo in Shibuya, which is the first time I’ve stayed at a Hyatt in 13 years—but I was afraid all the Hiltons in Tokyo would have similar beds. The lack of good sleep and pain compounded night after night, truly sad overall. Hyatt House beds were great FYI.
Other than the beds, this is right next to a station, close to Disney, and had a very nice breakfast offering. But sleep is kind of paramount…
Breakfast, shower and bath tub, two separate sinks, kind staff, modern location and rooms, relatively close to airport (25 min car), supermarket in same building
Far from Tokyo main attractions, small rooms (could not even open a large luggage)
駅からのアクセスも良く今回の旅をスムーズにできた。
朝食会場が宿泊客に対し少し狭いように感じた。
待ち時間があり、ムダな時間に感じる。
The location next to the train stations and within walking distance to Big Sight is great. Also quite close to Odaiba, and the promenade makes for a great walk. The room was clean and spacious, with all necessary amenities. Service at the front desk was super nice.
The breakfast wasn't very good, at a hotel of this level I would have expected a better selection of dishes and better quality products.
