Hjælpsomt personale

Cons:

Jeg har tidligere sovet på en dårligere madras end deres, det var på en flamingo madras. Vores 10 årige knægt sagde at det var som at sove på en dør. Stedet er brugt, men de er i gang med en renovering, som vi dog ikke kender omfanget af. Morgenmaden var skuffende, meget lille lokale, 3 borde.

위치도 좋고 직원서비스도 아주 만족했습니다. 아침 식사도 기본 메뉴들은 간단한 부페식단으로 차려져있고 개별 메뉴를 주문받더군요. 저희는 포 주문해서 먹었는데 맛있었습니다.
가성비최고의 만족스러운 호텔로 강추합니다.
짐보관 물론 가능했구요.
공항가는 택시불러놓고 기다리는데 도어맨이 끝까지 짐들어주고 인사까지~
좋은 시간 보냈습니다.

Velika soba, čista, starejše pohištvo, vendar dobro vzdrževano, zelo udobne posteljev sobi vse kar popotnik potrebuje, izjemen zajtrk, prijazno osebje.

La posizione. In una strada abbastanza tranquilla. In 15 max 20 minuti si arriva nel vecchio quartiere o nel quartiere francese. È comunque un due stelle. Anche se ha bollitore per the e caffè. Frigo bar ecc. Come in tutti gli hotel in Vietnam. Il personale non parla molto bene l'inglese ci si aiuta con il traduttore di Google. Ma in qualche maniera ci si capisce. È sono assolutamente gentili.

Cons:

La colazione discreta, ma povera dal punto di vista occidentale. Discreta per quella orientale.

Quick stay for one night during new year
Pros:

Our prior hotel got cancelled, so we booked A25 on last minute. The customer service was very nice, and we got a big two room accommodation on the top floor with a shower and a tub. The room was clean but the bathroom a little bit musty smelling - perhaps the room wasn’t used in a while.

Pros:

料金がさほど変わらなかったので、デラックスルームを予約。案内された部屋は予約の時にサイトの写真で見たスタンダードルームと同じだった。フロントに確認しても、デラックスルームです、とのこと。何が違うのか、わからなかった。また、浴室のドアを開けていると、部屋に下水の匂いが充満。閉めようにも建て付けが悪く、浴室のドアは閉まらず、外出から帰って来ると、閉めていたドアが全開に…。逆に、部屋の窓は４㎝しか開かなかった。設備面とは逆に、スタッフはみんないい人たちで、特に朝ごはんは5種類から選べるメインが美味しく、毎朝日替わりでいろいろな麺を食べられた。また、立地もよく、ハノイ大聖堂まで徒歩約10分、トレインストリートまで５分など、便利だった。この料金なので、不満はない。設備面が気になる方にはおすすめしません。私たちのように、観光重視で、ホテルは寝るだけのためと割り切れる方にはおすすめします。

Pros:

So many amenities in the room! Anything you could possibly need (tons of toiletries, extra blanket, fridge, etc.) were already in the room it was so convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially security guard working there is the best. Breakfast was very nice. Shower was perfect. They don’t charge any fee for using your card to pay!

Cons:

Laundry was not started at the time we expected it back and so we had to wait until the night to get it back. Air conditioner was not strong enough to make the room cold. The staff tried to help but there was no improvement.
