Pros:

The bathroom is not ideal when you take a shower everything will get wet I mean everything in the room. Buffet breakfast is not that good either. If given a chance wont stay there when I come back.

Ein einfaches Hotel, etwas ausserhalb der Innenstadt, gutes freundliches Personal und Zimmer war gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war dürftig, gerade aussreichend, und mit Nachfragen erhielten wir zum Glück noch Spiegeleier.

I had a pleasant stay at A25 Hotel – Lò Đúc. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made me feel welcome. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to local cafés and just a short ride to the Old Quarter. The only minor issues were a firm bed and a bit of traffic noise, but overall it was a comfortable stay with great value for money.

Average to good stay lots of extra goodies and snacks in the room and the rooms are as pictured but the beds are rock solid and our room smelt like chemicals.

located at near distance (around 2-4km) for most of the attraction in Hanoi. however, it is recommended to hire a car.
staff are friendly and few can speak English, if your are foreigner better to use google translator.
