TD Central Hotel & Apartment

飯店的服務人員很熱情, 可惜的是, 這家飯店的清潔實在不行. 地點很不錯, 生活機能方便.

This hotel have good location
Is close to ben than market, and also restaurant and market.
But is noisy until 2 am. And this place is not girl friendly for whatever reason. So be aware

breakfast nothing much to eat.

住到二樓房間,樓下路邊晚上很吵說話都聽得到聲音

Breakfast sucks, eggs w old bread and pho soup. No other items available. Leftover coffee w old fruit kept under plastic wrap

Rooftop, hot as hell.

Skipped it all together and went out and gladly paid for breakfast.

Spray gun in shower not working properly.

Small cramped space in the front lobby.

Overnight male staff member allowing strangers to freely come and go from the building, obviously shady things happening.

地點很好，步行範圍可以至濱城市場及范五老街，樓下30秒範圍內有至少2間便利店
但隔音一般，會聽到外面車聲，如果要很安靜才可以睡的不太適合

Everything started out ok. I was able to check in quickly. The front desk employee who checked me in was quite helpful and friendly. The room (studio-size) I was assigned to was quite spacious and well appointed. The unit had a living room with TV, a small kitchenette with refrigerator and even a small dining room table. The hotel is definitely quite centrally located and within a 2-3 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market.

Now he cons: the subsequent front desk clerks were quite unfriendly. I walked past them several times during my stay and was completely ignored. No hello or anything when I literally had to walk past their desk to get to the elevator. I'm sure that looking up to greet your guests when they arrive or leave the building would be very much appreciated by your guests. And the rooms, though big and centrally located has cons as well. There are street vendors who hawk their wares just outside of the hotel which under normal circumstances would be ok except they use those bullhorns which were on a constant loop to announce what they were selling from about 6am-12am. Breakfast was also just so-so.

Lastly, the front desk was unattended when I was checking out to catch my flight. I had to leave my bags in the lobby to run up to the roof deck to ask the staff there to please help me look for the front desk staff but they couldn't understand me. I started yelling down the basement and someone who was sleeping finally appeared. Check out was unnecessarily stressful.

2、交通方便，步行到濱江市場約5分鐘。
3、早餐種類少，但提供的現煮河粉好吃，且吃早餐的頂樓餐廳非常漂亮
4、櫃台人員非常熱心，其中一位小姐會說中文，主動提醒我們要搭的巴士站已經搬家，且擔心我們來不及用最快的速度幫忙叫了計程車，才讓我們趕搭上車。

Tiny entry into hotel hard to carry luggage. Breakfast is bad ended up going elsewhere.
Location is great very central.

The staff at TD are the best. Jade at the front desk was extremely helpful with booking transportation as well as helping with reservations prior to arrival

The breakfast was always good and fresh.

Housekeeping staff are friendly and wonderful.

Great Stay. Highly recommend!

Everything is great except that the karaoke next door went on until 2:30am.

The pros- good location, good size room.
The cons- rain leak into room when heavy rain, the entrance to the hotel is small.

Friendly staff, although i am waiting for a respond from hotel manger to give me a refund for one of the night we did not stay and had that changed before the arrival date. Let hope they will respond as quick as possible.

the room and bathroom are very spacious and clean. bed is so comfortable. location is amazingly good.
breakfast is very simple but have everything. so it was ok for me. all staff are nice and helpful. specially the lady staff at reception, she is so welcoming and friendly, able to speak korean and english. If i have a chance to come back saigon, i definitely come to this TD central hotel.

The hotel was exactly what we had expected from the descriptions. Our family 2 adults and young boys were very comfortable during our stay thanks to the cleanliness, services and netflex (very few 3 stars hotel in Vietnam offer this).

The location is wonderful and very convenient to everything

The hotel is located on a main busy street, and to make it worse the windows do not close proper. AC in bedrooms not cooling at all, and the living room sofa is very dirty full of spots and stained. Damage dining chair, and the worst breakfast ever.

With the same rate you can find much better place for the family, with descent breakfast.

On top of that only one key can be given to family of 4, so forget about planning a dinner without kids, since all lights AND electronics devises needs to be activitied by the one key.

On top of that, the hotel have a spa in the basement, and to promote this, they have a bunch of strippers on the gate of the hotel, which looks so odd, as they stop you whenever your entering or exiting the hotel.

This is the worst experience ever, all the family felt disappointed with such experience.

I believe expedia could do better in checking the misleading rating and comments, to avoid such in pleasant stay.

位置離濱城市場很近走路5分鐘，但是街上汽機車喇巴聲太吵，隔音不好。雖是禁菸房，但可以聞到隔壁或外面的煙味。
