I liked that it was closer to the mall

Cons:

The guy at the reception didn't even bother to direct us to our room. I had to ask for directions, and when we arrived, our room was not properly cleaned. More specifically, in the bathroom, there was hair in the basin and skid marks in the toilet. I called the reception immediately to let them know about this issue, but they didn't send anyone. I called again after 30 minutes as I was agitated. Then they sent us to another room, but that room was also not better; there was a smell of urine in the bathroom, and after flushing, the water took too long to fill up in the toilet. There was also a little blockage in the shower drain.

The buffet breakfast was a joke 😢 not good value for money at all

Pros:

My 2 year old baby was comfortable at the hotel and that makes me happy. Secondly room service attended to my request for an extra blanket and toothbrush and paste, timelessly.

Cons:

No salmon for breakfast.

Ao fazer a reserva, foi forçado a pagar e mais tarde descubro que nem se quer podia alterar as datas. Foi mau.

Mais ainda, paguei por um certo quarto com 2 dias de antecedência, ao chegar a recepção diz me que SOMENTE ficou com quartos do piso de baixo, que sinceramente não correspondiam ao da reserva (espectativa), por que os outros estavam ocupados. Was too bad
