Pros:

colazione discreta, posizione ottimale per chi deve far vacanza perchè a ridosso delle spiaggie

Cons:

bagno antiquato con doccia a pavimento, sanitari frontali con pochissimo spazio tra loro, nessuna zanzariera alle finestra e balconi

Struttura di fronte al mare , proprietari gentilissimi e simpatici , e camera pulita.
Pros:

La struttura è molto accogliente di fronte al mare con possibilità di spostarsi nelle città limitrofe . Proprietari disponibilissimi e simpaticissimi. La proprietaria si è alzata alle 6 del mattino pur di farmi rientrare in hotel .

Cons:

L’unica pecca che ho potuto trovare in questa struttura è il cibo . Ma rapporto qualità prezzo ci può stare .

Everything is great, I'm completely satisfied. The option is worth the money, during my stay
Pros:

An excellent option, there are very few people yet, so everything is quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly, everything was shown and explained. They provided cutlery and dishes for personal use, since lunch and dinner were not included for me. Without any problems, we were allowed to use the coffee machine in the dining room to get hot water. Very quick to find. You can use the free city beach as a beach, literally 5 minutes walk. The room is exactly the same as in the photo + there is a balcony and a clothes dryer.

Cons:

A little noisy room facing the road. There are often loud mopeds driving along the streets, which are like mosquitoes - zzzzzz.

A small recommendation: small refrigerator
This is true for those who do not have breakfast, lunch and dinner included, or when you just want to buy something in the store and put it in the refrigerator. As a recommendation, you can provide some kind of small refrigerator for an additional fee.
