Pros:

The Breakfast was really good . The staff where helpful and friendly

Cons:

The aircon didn't work . The unit stayed leaking and we where moved to a 2nd unit which the aircon didnt work either .it was eventually fixed. The beds are hard . Overall the units need upgraded aircons .

I loved the facilities. The heated pool and the games all around. It was truly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The rooms. It is a very cold place. Each room needs an air conditioner or heated blankets. Slept in 2 single beds, very uncomfortable

Cons:

The sales staff harassed us to buy time share while we were there to relax. This we did not appreciate. They became bit rude.

Cons:

1. Restaurant: food was not appetizing. Poor menu options. I really didn't enjoy the food and the prices, totally not worth it. Rather self cater.

2. Baar drinks very very expensive for nothing.

I was very pleasantly surprised and had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the only issue was supper the previous evening. waiting time was very long. pizza was burned. A lot of other clients sent their food back.

Cons:

The facility as a whole was very lovely. I will be coming back with my kids as they would enjoy the in and outside pools, activities on the premises.
