Das Außengelände des Resorts ist schön. Das Frühstück eigentlich okay. Das Personal im Restaurant war freundlich
Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig. Der Boden war nicht geputzt, das Bad sehr heruntergekommen, die Bettlacken, Polster und Bettdecken waren dreckig, es gab mehrere eklige Flecken. Wir fanden ein paar kleine Würmer in den dünnen Decken die über das Bett gelegt waren. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und gab auch wenig Hinweise für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Haben uns total unwohl gefühlt und waren froh, nach einer Nacht wieder gehen zu können.
Quite, serene, great place to switch off and recharge, away from the hustle bustle of everyday life.
Suggest to maybe add an aircon upstairs so we could increase the heat for when it gets really cold. Either than that we enjoyed the place.

The heated pool wasn't 'heated' during winter, which was very disappointing because that's the reason I booked this lodge.

We used the same sheets from day one until the last day.on Saturday they cleaned the room around 15:00.

The road getting to the property was very bad.
We had such a great weekend! The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy nature. The heated pool was definitely one of our favourite parts, and we also really enjoyed the hike with the lovely views.
Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. The receptionists were incredibly helpful, and even the lady at the kiosk was kind and made us feel welcome. Those little touches really made our stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was clean, the atmosphere was amazing, and we had an awesome time. We'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away!
The only downside was that the bedroom had two single beds with single-bed bedding. As a couple, this wasn't very comfortable. It would be much better if the room had a double bed or, at the very least, a double duvet/blanket instead of two single blankets. We think this small change would make the stay much more comfortable for couples.

Room 126 had no hot water for bathing that must be fixed
Warm welcoming staff especially Promise the receptionist and Thabo the waiter at the restaurant. The house had everything that was needed including, warm beds, TV, WiFi, clean toilets, shower with warm water at a good pressure, heater, stove, oven, microwave, kettle fridge and cutlery + utensils that were very useful to cook supper, braai area and seating area outside. The location is beautiful and the resort is very well maintained and have a lot to offer like a variety of swimming pools and games to play.
The road leading to the resort was confusing. We arrived at night and it was difficult to navigate the gravel road that is under construction, luckily one of the neighbours passed by and told us to follow her.
