La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et modernes, la literie est parfaite: lit extra large, matelas merveilleux et oreillers tout confort: une bonne nuit de sommeil récuperative pour arpenter les rues de san sébastan... L'emplacement est idéal: proche de tout. L'accueil très bien et le personnel est très à l'écoute... Nous reviendront avec plaisir. Merci belle découverte.

L’emplacement est parfait car on peut tout faire à pied. Il y a un parking juste en face de l’hôtel ; il n’y a pas beaucoup de places mais possibilité de réserver.

Une étrange odeur dans la salle de bains. Selon la réception. La cause en serait la marée, a cette époque. Cela doit être vrai. Aucune gravité, car provisoire.
Le petit déjeuner avec une carte des œufs fait à la demande. Prise en charge des clients exceptionnelle à l’arrivée au buffet le matin. Mention spéciale pour la dame qui gère les petits déjeuners.

Amazing location - you could walk anywhere - old city, boardwalk and even Gros, and felt very safe and quiet even at night. Staff was super kind and helpful with any request, the room was spacious and quiet, and the balcony had a great view of the area.

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
At approximately 1:00 AM last night, water from the room above began flooding into my bathroom while the guest upstairs was showering. The water was so excessive that it spread throughout the bathroom and started coming out into my room. Hotel staff had to come upstairs in the middle of the night to clean up the flooding with a mop. Despite this completely unacceptable situation, I was told there were no other rooms available and had no choice but to remain in the room.
The following morning, the hotel finally attempted to relocate me, but they offered me a room on the third floor, despite my having explicitly requested a first-floor room. After explaining this again, they moved me into an unbelievably tiny room, practically the size of a shoebox. There is barely enough space to move around, let alone open a suitcase, unpack, or comfortably access my belongings.
What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of concern, professionalism, and customer service throughout the entire ordeal. Having your bathroom flood at 1:00 AM because someone upstairs is taking a shower is absolutely ridiculous. Instead of making a genuine effort to accommodate me after such a major inconvenience, the hotel placed me in an extremely cramped and uncomfortable room.
I paid to stay in a hotel where I could rest and be comfortable, not deal with flooding in the middle of the night, inadequate accommodations, and terrible service.
The way this entire situation has been handled is unacceptable. What should have been a pleasant stay has turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.
