The staff was friendly and very helpful with calling taxis for us . We enjoyed the few lounge chairs in the rooftop. The location was convenient to the beach and quiet at night.
The location was about 5 minutes walk too far to the beach in the Gros neighborhood but close to La Concha beach.

Falta de lugar para guardar la ropa
Habitación supuestamente etiquetada como "pequeña" o "simple" muy amplia y luminosa, da gusto. Todo limpio, cama cómoda. Hervidor de agua en la habitación, agradecido para acompañar en el trabajo nocturno o matinal. Personal muy amable. Tiene muy cerca un par de estaciones de bici pública.
Se echa en falta un servicio de cafetería normal (no se ofreció alternativa al buffet libre). Precio de la habitación muy alto para un dos estrellas. Plato de ducha accesible ¡pero extremadamente deslizante...!
The hotel is situated central to visit San Sebastian. Nice rooms, good beds and nice shower. Check in was quick and easy.
Not a real dislike, we would arrive by car and asked where to park the car, there is a garage opposite the hotel which they recommended, which works if you speak Spanish when we called the person did not speak any English and we could not reserve a spot. We googled and found another parking under the cathedral which was a 5 min walk (buen pastor).

Que no tenía armario ni mesillas para colocar la ropa
Emplacement parfait à quelques pas des plages et du centre ville historique. L’accueil pourrait être plus avenant à la réception. Personnel du petit déjeuner extraordinaire.
Prix trop élevé pour la prestation d’un hôtel deux étoiles. 295€ (nuit en couple et petit déjeuner) + 30€ de parking (garage norte juste en face et indépendant). Le garage est cependant très pratique (location de midi à midi)
