Really lovely people that were super accommodating, I had to leave early and they were very accommodating with the request. I originally booked purely cause it was the cheapest, not expecting much, but it wasn't cheap at all!
Hotel clean staff friendly and room comfortable.
Air .com noise through the night so unable to sleep properly no not water from shower on several occasions.
The room was exceptional and the beds were very comfortable. The gardens are lovely.
The shower doors were very hard to close as the runners required lubricantion.

Shower cubical needs a wire basket too put soap etc , as rather awkward to keep bending to place soaps flannel etc, limited dinner menu, waitress need a lesson from reception staff on charm , menu’s over priced, boo

Excellent small hotel. Quite traditional with good service and facilities. Handy location. Food good. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful.

99% lovely staff including the South African lady who worked in the bar.
Initial welcome by a young staff member , not good.
Situation quickly rectified by wonderful manager called Sarah, who was incredibly professional and could not do enough for us. 5*****.
Beds need mattress toppers as very hard.
Pillows need replacing as also very hard but our room was very nice and bathroom clean and modern.
