Brilliant cosy lounge area with log fire and music in reception
Pros:

Amazing breakfast catered for allergies. Wonderful even put ice under the yogurts to keep cool. Amazing

Cons:

Heating in room inconsistent no control . Very cold. Airfresheners kept discharging and I'm intolerate but put it outside room at night.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, man fühlt sich sofort wohl
Pros:

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt sehr viele Parkplätze um das Gebäude herum. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Exceptional Service at Reception, Bar and Restaurant. Hotel was very clean, rooms tastefully furnished.

Cons:

Couldn't find the Entrance to the hotel initially but we were distracted by the vast size of the car park and so missed it on the left as we entered the lane leading to the hotel.

Very welcoming staff, excellent room, very clean, lovely food, had lunch on Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning

Cons:

Very temperamental hot water, but was explained in paper work in room, didn’t spoil my experience

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Great breakfast , fabulous staff especially Amber and Madga nothing was to much trouble. We didn't have the quietest room as it was above reception. They would have moved us but we were only staying a couple of nights. Will definitely come back and stay in a quieter room. Everywhere was spotless, great onside bar at reasonable prices. Good bar staff.

Amazing location, excellent staff and lots of breakfast options
Pros:

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast was exceptional and even though the weather was poor we could tell that the grounds were lovely and well kept.

Cons:

Everything was lovely - the only feedback would be larger towels

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff really are amazing we absolutely adore Emma and Sarah. Such wonderful hospitality and the food was delicious the produce was of high quality. This hotel needs to be a 5 star!!!!
