Great breakfast , fabulous staff especially Amber and Madga nothing was to much trouble. We didn't have the quietest room as it was above reception. They would have moved us but we were only staying a couple of nights. Will definitely come back and stay in a quieter room. Everywhere was spotless, great onside bar at reasonable prices. Good bar staff.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast was exceptional and even though the weather was poor we could tell that the grounds were lovely and well kept.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff really are amazing we absolutely adore Emma and Sarah. Such wonderful hospitality and the food was delicious the produce was of high quality. This hotel needs to be a 5 star!!!!

Location for what we wanted was good. Staff friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. Room was large and bed very comfortable.
Breakfast - The food was not very hot. Eggs were too slimy looking (I prefer them cooked on both sides) Also, my preference would have been for the sausages and bacon to have more cooking. Otherwise fine.
