Pros:

Very hard to find fault. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Dining options were great. Spa facilities were wonderful, and at the times we were using them (pool, sauna etc) quiet. Obviously not cheap, but a very good destination hotel with wonderful views over the Champagne countryside.

Outstanding In Every Way
Pros:

Simply loved every aspect of this property. From the assistance provided arranging activities; to the lovely welcome upon our arrival; to the spa, the pool and the restaurant. Every wonderful aspect of this property is surpassed only by the sweeping views of the Marne Valley. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Luxe, calme et volupté

Le Royal Champagne a réalisé l'un des rêves : avoir un hôtel de luxe dans un cadre contemporain dans ma région natale.

J'y ai le plaisir d'y séjourner 3 nuits qui furent l'occasion de savourer la qualité du lieu, son calme, une décoration soignée alliant modernité, matériaux haut de gamme et "coocooning". Le confort et le service sont au rendez-vous de la prise des clefs par le voiturier jusqu'au check out avec une surprise champenoise pour me donner qu'une envie : revenir.

Adepte des nouveaux hôtels haut de gamme et des prestations associées, j'ai pu me délecter de ma suite royale et de tous ses équipements (coin salon, terrasse avec vue magnifique sur le vignoble champenois, baignoire grand format, literie d'une qualité rare). Le service est à la hauteur d'un tel établissement et ajoute au plaisir du séjour. Une mention spéciale à Clément qui a su rendre les prestations room service sur mesure avec discrétion, respect et sourire.

Mention spéciale n°2 pour Lise à la conciergerie qui a su traiter toutes mes demandes avec patience, qualité et sens du service. J'ai été ravie de mettre un visage à l'auteur de mon programme savamment concocté pour profiter de toute la région.
Pour finir (the last but not the least!), le SPA ... un cadre idyllique (espace, vue, équipements). Quel plaisir de commencer mon road trip champenois par quelques brasses matinales.
