Pros:

Very affordable for Flores, great location on sunset side of the island, close to everything, mini market next door.
We requested a room with balcony and received one which was great. Really friendly staff and always somebody around.
Flores is ridiculously hot (40°+) but the ceiling fan worked well and it was tolerable. We had a twin room but two separate beds was actually a good thing because of the heat. Shower had warm water.
The hallway on our floor had a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge for communal use, and filtered water for refills which we appreciated.

Cons:

Wifi was patchy, rooms are a bit outdated and not in the best condition but acceptable for the price.

Relativ kostengünstig. Unser Zimmer war das beste, mit Terrasse und Blick auf den See, andere Zimmer sind deutlich schlechter, aber evtl. etwas ruhiger.

The location was good, the staff very responsive, the beds surprisingly comfortable, there was hot water in the bathroom. The room had air conditioning, but I only used the fan and it was perfectly sufficient.
