Cons:

המקום נראה זוועה. אין לובי, כניסה צרה עם כורסה מכוסה בבד אדום הכל נראה לא נקי ולא אסתטי. פשוט דוחה
מדרגות צרות מאוד שקשה לעלוות עם מזוודה .
מיטות עשויות מבטון עליהם מזרן סדין שנראה לא נקי מגבות ישנות מרופטות. שרותים כמו בכלא.
נשארנו שעתיים ועזבנו את המקום.
הזמנו ליומיים לא היו מוכנים להחזיר תשלום עבור יום אחד.
לא דוברים אנגלית.
שרות גרוע מאוד.

Great place.
Pros:

Loved the location, had shared balconies, staff was very nice and helpful. Balconies overlooked the lake. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pier to swim were all within a 30-second walk. I would definitely come back here.

Cons:

Room was very hot as there was no AC. No free access to drinking water.

Limpio, cómodo, personal amable, buena ubicación, agua caliente a cualquier hora, etc.

Cons:

Entiendo que es por seguridad... Pero iba por trabajo y no pude reunirme en el hotel, porque no aceptan visitas que no estén hospedadas en el hotel, siempre hubo que buscar un punto de encuentro.

Sin embargo, excelente hospedaje, recomiendo. ☝️

El hotel súper limpio, céntrico, el dueño o encargado súper amable

Cons:

La señora encargada de limpiar, muy grosera. Haciendo caras y respondiendo de forma grosera. Nos cobraron el 5% eso ya no es permitido la ley de tarjetas de crédito

Pros:

We had a top floor room with a large communal balcony overlooking the road and lake. We could not fault it for the price. The staff were also friendly and we were able to book our minibus tickets to Tikal from here. Tikal is a must do day out.

Kamer is groot met twee aparte bedden en eigen badkamer die ook ruim is. Bedden lagen goed. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Cons:

Was erg warm in de kamer. Plafondventilator deed het wel goed maar was soms niet afdoende. Niet altijd warm water en soms ook geen water gehad. Balkon is zo klein dat je er eigenlijk geen gebruik ban maakt.
