Super relaxed few days but with all the action you could want on your doorstep
Pros:

Ideal location. Quiet side street within walking distance of so many pubs, restaurants and other top attractions

Cons:

Nothing of real importance.
Could have done with a brighter light over the bathroom sink if I’m being picky

Great location, friendly staff,
Pros:

Superb location, and the staff were awesome. Hamzah, Yazid and Iva looked after us really well. Big comfy beds and great air con which was needed in the hot weather!

Cons:

I know they don't do house keeping everyday, but that would be a nice touch - it's the same price as a hotel, so it would be be nice to get the same service.

Pros:

Pros:

The size and the Location were amazing. The coffee shop next-door was perfect. The walk to the Thames at night was beautiful.

I wish you had feather pillows and a light up magnified mirror in the bathroom

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Bare lounge area in apartment, uncomfortable sofa, non-functioning TV, music link not working and so unable to play music through 'phone, inadequately sized table for space in lounge and surface was badly stained/marked, insufficient coffee supplies. Received email demanding online ID provision which is not required for UK nationals, as was confirmed on check-in when we were told the 'system always does it and we can't override it'. Overall, very poor value for money.

Brilliant apartment and great location
Pros:

Great location, brilliant kitchen amenities such as an oven:microwave and fridge which we could use, the washing machine was also a bonus, also had televisions in both the living area and bedroom. Literally minutes away from the Borough Markets which is an added bonus, lovely area and great place to stay

Cons:

Only issue would have been the bathroom, the shower head was a little small for our liking and a very open shower as no shower doors etc just curtains which meant water got everywhere
