Wifi was not working and the signal didn’t reach our room. Despite we complained to the receptionist, nothing was done.

Extremely helpful and kind staff
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and beautiful. A special mention to the kind lady on reception. She went above and beyond for us and even stayed a little extra for us to come collect our luggage before heading to the airport. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cons:

We struggled to find the entrance initially as it’s on level 1. Apart from this, there’s nothing I didn’t like!

Soba je predivna i jako prostrana iako je delovalo da nece imati dovoljno prostora. Francuski lezaj je savrsen tako da mozete odmoriti bez problema. Svakoga dana se cisti soba ako vi to zelite.

Cons:

Neke noci su bile bas hladne i zato moram reci da grejanje u smestaju nije bilo bas najbolje, to bi trebalo resiti. Topla voda i pritisak vode nikad gori od kako putujem i to ce biti moja najveca zamerka. Bilo je dana kada sam po pola sata cekao da naidje pritisak tople vode.

Lovely stay, couldn't have been better 😊
Pros:

Mary and the staff were lovely, they were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Mary messaged me before our holiday and kept in touch on WhatsApp, which was great for checking in/out. We also celebrated a birthday and Mary kindly left us a lovely note and some prosecco 😊. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Bathroom a good size and shower was great. We had a good view of the street too. Couldn't hear our neighbours at all, sometimes heard street traffic but otherwise very quiet neighbour. The main rome sights are a good 20/30min walk away so bare in mind, but we didn't mind walking into the more tourist part of Rome, it was quite a nice evening walk 'home'.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to any couples or single travelers.
Pros:

The location was awesome; it was easy to get to everything quickly. Mary was incredible; she was very informative and shared some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Sometimes traveling abroad can be confusing and she made it easy to ask questions without fear of judgment. Mary also gave us a lot of flexibility with our checkout time, and encouraged us to leave our bags and explore for as long as we liked. The room was immaculate.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like! We really enjoyed our trip. We would recommend this location to friends or family.
