Would like a direct phone number and not a booking number
Pros:

Some how they got my reservation wrong and I was to have handicap room. Need to be able to talk directly to the motel when making reservations as another party booked it and messed it up. Thanks for your help and the step stool to get in and out of bed. Was a blessing. My son gave us his bottom floor room and it helped as could never of managed steps. Sunday breakfast was great. loved the eggs.

That place was trash.
Pros:

There was a bed.

Cons:

The mini fridge froze everything that wasn't placed in the freezer and ruined some of my food and all of my drinks. The shower didn't drain while I was showering, and water built up all over my feet. It was disgusting.

Great hotel. Very clean! Very quiet! Great breakfast, nothing else to say! Go ahead and book you won’t regret it!

You will have our business whenever we are in Boone.
Pros:

Definitely the best stay in Boone! Clean and comfortable, with spacious public areas, especially the breakfast room. The table area is very large and not crowded, and the food is located in a separate room, also much larger than most. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room condition was excellent. My wife's only complaint was the very high beds, which her bad knees made it difficult to get onto.
