Holiday Inn Express & Suites--Braselton West by IHG is a great place to stay.
Pros:

I've always enjoyed staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this time was no exception. The only significant problem was that the bed was too high for my mobility-limited wife, but the helpful staff made sure we had a well-situated roll-in bed for her.

Cons:

A lower bed would have been good for my wife. Otherwise, though, we were very pleased with our stay, especially with how helpful the staff tried to be. Parking was very convenient! I almost wish that my trip would have allowed me to spend more time at the hotel.

It was a very nice hotel and clean and the people there were very friendly.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Great breakfast.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location is good. You have to drive everywhere, but there's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. I couldn't blow dry my hair for my entire stay. The highway is right behind the hotel. It can be a little noisy at night if your room is facing the highway.

Staff was wonderful.
Pros:

Staff was great and helpful, with smiles

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned very well. Seems previous guest had animals who peed on floor (smelt like) and underneath beds was dirty.
