Not the best
Pros:

The room was a good size, had a nice kitchen.

Cons:

The staff I found very condescending and rude except the gentleman on Maintenance who was helpful. The breakfast was cold and it took over thirty minutes to get a glass of ice. Would not stay here again. Also the rooms could have been cleaner.

A value for money relative new hotel close to airport
Pros:

Size of room s nice. A small pantry is provided with is nice. There is happy hour every Tue, Wed and Thur which is great. Laundry room is a plus.

Cons:

Toilet is for disabled so shower area just have a drain and curtain which the water spills everywhere.

Cons:

Un lucru de care uitasem, ca normele de constructii in UK la hoteluri in zonele de aeroport nu au nici o fereastra care sa se deschida. Deci aste aer doar prin ventilatie si este un miros specific neplacut pentru noi.

Lack of Information
Pros:

Tried to call and find out if a shuttle picks up at London Hethrow for my family flying in. Called into a call center. They said that they did. So i asked if it ran round the clock. She told me that it was private company. Thats where it got really wierd: she didnt have infrmation as to how to catch the shuttle to get to the hotel. I asked if you have to call the hotel to arrange it, or the shuttle company? She seemed really confused. So, i asked if you just flag down any shuttle or is there a specific one, or do you just hop on any shuttle and say take me to Staybridge Suites? She put me on hold, then disconnected me. I called back several times, but the call was never answered after that. Then i called booking to ask the same question, which she also did not know howto find or even what shuttle to take, but said she would connect me with a place that could give me that information. I was on hold for several min. After that, i just hung up. This is important information for someone to know. But, if you cant get important information about how to get to the hotel, I cannot reccomend this hotel. And that was just the first question i asked. What if i had other important questions.

We enjoyed our stay last year this time not so much. They are better places to stay.
Pros:

We went there last year and we thought it was pretty good. We think that it went downhill this time. The beds need to be updated as they are not comfortable anymore. The breakfast last year was very good and it was okay this time. WE thought that it opened at six and as we had an early flight we went there. they were setting up and we got a coffee and had two croissants and I asked for some jam. She told us that they open at six thirty and I said sorry I did not know that. She was mad that we were there and I understand that it was our fault but she did not need to be so rude about it and I never got my jam.

Really exceptional hotel
Pros:

An exceptional hotel. I usually find UK hotels overpriced with dated, spartan rooms, and minimal service — at least those near London. This one is a gem. Great service, rental car facility on site, clean functional rooms, friendly staff, a fridge and cooking surface in the room, good mattresses. Late checkout cost only gbp 10 per hr after 2 pm for IHG members. That’s a handy feature for an airport hotel.

A very comfortable, well appointed room in a well located hotel. Perfect for Heathrow users.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with a wide offering of cold and hot options. The location was ideal as we returned a hire car to the car park at the rear of the ho.
