Great Staff
Pros:

Had AC during the hottest week in the UK. The only issue was the lumpy pillows but other than that the rooms were great and always clean, the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Particularly Katya and Navjot. They even knew and made a point that they didn’t see us at breakfast on one occasion. It’s nice to feel this at home when away.

Pros:

Spacious clean comfortable suite. Close to Heathrow Airport. A great detox after a very busy trip.

Cons:

A bit of a mix up at the desk that we had 3 separate rooms reserved. Had no instructions about putting your room access card in a slot to activate the lights. Called the front desk and they explained it to me.

Over the past year, I have stayed here regularly, both while travelling for business and when travelling with my daughter, and it has become my first choice whenever I'm in the area.

The team consistently delivers outstanding hospitality. Every member of staff I have encountered has been warm, professional, approachable and genuinely eager to help. Their friendly attitude creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The suites are spacious, immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed. I particularly appreciate the minimalist style, which feels modern without sacrificing comfort. As someone who enjoys cooking, the fully equipped kitchen is a real advantage. It contains everything needed to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a restaurant-quality meal, making longer stays feel effortless.

The combination of excellent facilities, exceptional staff and a genuine home-from-home atmosphere is what keeps bringing me back. Consistency is something that many hotels strive for, but Staybridge Suites delivers it every single time.

It was a very comfortable and convenient stay.
Pros:

Convenient to Heathrow and bus lines into London. The air conditioning was ‘specially nice during the hottest week of the year.

Cons:

More laundry facilities would be helpful.

A beautiful respite before a big flight
Pros:

The room was amazing, much roomier than I was expecting, and had all the facilities I needed and then some. Loved the Pantry store in the lobby that helped me with a simple dinner so I could just unwind in my room before my flight. The bathroom was luxurious, the bed so comfortable, and after the warm summer day outside, the air-conditioned room was exactly what I needed.

Cons:

Getting to the airport the next morning took a bit of finagling as the Hotel Hopper bus tranfer didn't stop at Terminal 4, which was the one I needed. I got there in the end (on time) though :)
