Nice big room and a warm welcome at reception.. a good buffet breakfast (although a little rushed as staff were packing up pronto). A very nice downstairs communal area with coffee tea etc whenever you want, plently of nice seating etc
My childs sofa bed was not made up - so had to walk back to reception, they said they would sort it right away.. then staff just dropped the bedding in to the room - but did not make up the extrememly confusing puzzle of a sofa bed! so we had to try do it (didn't fully succeed), at 9pm and tired... not the best welcome.
Very good facilities. Clean n conformable. Breakfast was great and so was get together evening with complimentary drinks n snacks.
Also we reached the hotel around noon n the room was ready. Thanks.
There was no restaurant or eateries nearby other than Holiday Inn next door n only Holiday Inn guests xan get the discount on foods n drinks. Foods were good but pretty expensive.
Also location was great if you are going to airport Termibal only but if you have to go anywhere else busses are difficult to use n train station quite far. We ended up spending quite a lot on taxi for two days stay.
I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was spacious, with a good sized bathroom with a large walk-in shower, the kitchenette was stacked with lots of utensils for cooking. The all inclusive breakfast was delicious with friendly and helpful staff. There is plenty of space to hold a meeting, which I did. I slept well, even though I was right next to the runway, I will definitely come back!

Very short bus ride from Heathrow terminals. Room was very comfortable. Missed a few items at breakfast, but we were late getting to it. Highly recommended.
