Great room - size and comfort
Great value when we booked a long while ahead.
Not the hotel’s fault but the unreliability of the shuttle service. As it is so near the terminals better to get a taxi, and probably better value if you’re more than one person.

Huge room, great value, very clean, will definitely stay again.
There was a lot of very noisy building work happening with huge vibrations and drilling throughout the building for many hours. It was so loud we couldn't hear the TV. We weren't made aware of this in advance and the staff didn't seem to care even though we had paid for extra time there with a delayed checkout time to be more relaxed before we flew. An offer of a partial refund would have been appreciated.
The kitchen the shower and the bedroom were amazing
The television didn’t work and when we asked the receptionist he said maybe it’s the internet issue when the TV didn’t turn on

We used the local bus from Heathrow Central Bus Station. Make sure to get directions from the bus station to the hotel. It was dark, rainy and the signs aren't large or colorful.
