SANDRA was Delightful
Pros:

Location to LHR excellent. Rooms were impeccably clean. YES air conditioning. Couldn't even hear airplanes taking off, so soundproofing is excellent. Didn't try restaurant, but don't bother walking to The Three Magpies pub down the street. It was nasty. Breakfast hostess Sandra was an absolute delight.

We’d definitely stay here again.
