We’d definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Spacious and well equipped with kitchenette.
We had a short but really good stay. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Only issue was no information in the room on wifi.

Great hotel with everything you need and more.
Pros:

Room size and up graded kitchen and bathroom. Newly renovated bathroom tile and countertops, exceeded my expectations. Complementary breakfast was great with all the fixings would definitely recommend this location.

Ci torniamo ogni volta che facciamo scalo a Londra. È perfetto come appoggio per l’aeroporto. Cucina in camera, bagno spazioso, letto comodissimo e ambiente comunque silenzioso. Colazione anche Gluten e disponibilità dello staff ottima.

Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this Hotel to our friends.
Pros:

Room was fantastic. The staff very friendly and helpful. The cost of the food items was lower than we thought. Great information about the bus schedule that services the Heathrow Airport. However, there is no mention on the website about the public bus service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. It shows no "shuttle" service. I inquired about a ride and it came back with "A driver is available" for 50+ pounds. So is that could be added to your website (maybe I just didn't see it) that would be awesome. Breakfast was also very good. Thank you!

Cons:

We should have asked for a handicap accessible room. The high tub created a very precarious and dangerous situation for my wife. She slipped upon trying the exit the tub. Fortunately, there was no injury. The wet surface of the tub upon trying to exit, creates an assured slipping of the foot. I too had problems exiting the tub.

Recommended for early flights
Pros:

Clean, spacious room with huge bathroom with walk in shower. Adequate breakfast, and it is available at 6am so convenient for early morning flights. Staff were polite and able to answer all questions.
