This is one of the best airport hotels we have ever stayed at!! The room and bathroom were extremely spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfy.

The staff was great! Very friendly and informative. The King Studio was large and clean and comfortable, and we were happy to be on the non-airport side, so it was much more quiet. We liked that there were snacks available when we arrived late.

The bed was very comfortable. Close to the airport. It met our needs for staying one night and flying out the next day. The breakfast was very good.
There is no restaurant in the hotel. We went to the Holiday Inn Express next door. The food was average. There is no shuttle service to the airport. But were able to schedule a Red Chauffer Taxi a the Holiday Inn that was reasonable priced.

Loved the size of the rooms and amenities.
Getting into the shower was a bit of a challenge; it was very high.
We stayed at this location last minute because of the air traffic control outage in September 2026. The price was more than we would normally pay for a night’s stay; however, British Airways was responsible for our bill. The food was delicious and the staff were all so pleasant during a stressful time for us.
