Adequate for a one night layover

Great stay close to the airport
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations! First of all the stuff was amazing. Checkin was fast and effective, my toddler got some goodies she liked.
Food was more delicious than every hotel food usually is.
Room was comfortable and we really enjoyed the wide variety of food at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Easy to reach on the airport Hoppa bus though those are only hourly late at night.

Overall we had a nice stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel room was clean with all of the amenities included. Restaurant and bar are available inside the hotel. Good selection to choose from their menu. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Conveniently there is a shuttle service provided to the Heathrow Airport.

Cercanía al aeropuerto. Nuevas y muy lindas instalaciones y restaurantes / bar

Cons:

No estaba lista la habitación cuando llegue. Y me hicieron esperar 50 min con la promesa que estaría. Hubo un malentendido hasta que alguien me consiguió otra habitación y lo arregló.

Lazy drains and average service but the location is good.
