Longer hours
Our overnight stay here was tremendous. The rooms were very new and VERY clean. The staff are responsive. The breakfast buffet was of excellent quality with many many hot and cold choices.
Wonderful service at checkin. The evening meal and breakfast were fantastic.
Nothing
Early morning airport shuttle transfers. Great bar area and meal options. Useful vending machine too. Comfy beds.
Timetable for shuttles would have been great :)

Bus service instead of shuttle. Breakfast was not free.

The receptionist was friendly and check in was quick.
The hotel is clean and modern and had good facilities e.g restaurant or snack bar depending on your needs.
The beds were comfortable. The Hoppa bus was useful.
There was a long wait at the bar for drinks. They seemed understaffed.
Comfortable bed, clean room
I have a blue badge bit experienced problems parking my car on both nights even when I had paid for parking both nights. First night no blue badge space in car park so I parked my car elsewhere. Second night car park was full so I was asked to park on a raised pavement at the back of the hotel. Underside of car was scratched.
Staff where realy fiendly and whilling to help and had the infomation at hand
Only thing i didnt like is there no.conviniant store near by, but that not realy the hotels fault
