Hotel is vibrant and clean with good food, but the beds and pillows let the facility down.
Pros:

Room was vey clean, spacious with an excellent bathroom.

Cons:

Sadly the bed was vey uncomfortable and the pillows even worse and lumpy for the three of us who stayed there. So no one slept more than an hour. We have stayed at this hotel years ago without an issue.

A comfortable and convenient stay with good access to London and Heathrow.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for travelling into London. The room had everything we needed and overall it was a pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

The location was convenient for the airport, but getting to and from central London could be quite time-consuming.

Clean and great location. Amazing breakfast choices.

Cons:

The second bed in the room wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast didn’t start early enough for us to enjoy it we had to rush to be in time for our flight. We canes home to a parking notice which was stressful to sort even though we paid at the hotel.

Convenient for airport and accessible to public transport. Nice hotel, basic and clean but service could be improved
Pros:

Location was convenient for the airport however no shuttle service other than expensive private options. Fortunately the local bus stops outside which was very convenient.

Breakfast was ok, make your waffles was a nice touch. No cookies on the kids buffet as advertised.

Cons:

No shuttle service
No water in room for duration of three night stay
Sofa bed for children was not made up on arrival at 11pm at night even though a family room was booked
Room and bathroom was not very clean
Children were welcomed with a small snack pack during our stay in May, this didn’t happen on our return stay in August.

Great place to stay if travelling from Heathrow and/or visiting Legoland.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast choices.

Cons:

The lack of available car parking spaces was a worry given that I'd pre-paid for parking.
