The staff. Very courteous.
Buffet breakfast was great; the room was reasonably sized, very clean, and seemingly new / newly renovated. The hotel is located 1 or 2 stops away by public bus. Loved that we could check in using an automated terminal rather than having to wait in line for a liver person at the counter.
While the room was advertised as suitable for 4 persons (albeit I forget, it may have been 2 adults + 2 kids); the room was actually 1 good size bed which fit 2 people + a not very comfortable couch-bed for the remaining 2 people. The set up was OK for 1 night, but would have been not so happy with the arrangement for a longer stay.
The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really clean and spacious. Great coffee machine in the room. Liked the eco non plastic key card. The food was tasty but too expensive at £172 for 2 adults and 2 teens. Way more than we budgeted for. Lovely waiting staff in the restaurant. and at reception. Lovely warm welcome, friendly and accommodating.

Nonostante si trovi in aeroporto, l'albergo è collegato male ai terminals.. 4 persone abbiamo pagato 28 sterline (7 a testa, autobus o taxi stesso prezzo).
Incredibly modern, the check-in process was super fast and efficient with the self check-in. The rooms were clean, well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The availability of the Bar And Restaurant was a bonus and the fact they were playing the FIFA World Cup games on all the TVs was perfect. The cost was reasonable for the facilities and the location was excellent.

Less than 10 mins from the airport and easily accessible via public transport (bus). Easy to get to London via the tube from LHR. Great views of the planes flying over head which my plane mad son loved! Loved that there was amenities in the room- dove wash and shampoo.
Room is fairly small for 2 adults and 2 kids. They were on a sofa bed. Would have been nicer if they had an actual bed. Otherwise room and facilities are great.
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a refrigerator. The breakfast offered a wide array of tasty food. Reception desk staff was very helpful in getting a taxi for us.
No microwave in the room. The lift was not close to the room.
The staff were professional , friendly, and helpful. Melishia and Carly(or Girly) at the front desk and Mimi in the restaurant were outstanding, as were others but I can’t recall their names. Both restaurants good. Good proximity to Heathrow.
Gift shop to buy incidentals would be nice as no stores close by without a long walk and crossing a busy intersection.
Price of room much better than central London hotels.
