Cleanliness, comfortable beds, access to the bar, friendly staff. Good access to the airport; close to a bus stop.

Cons:

I clearly specified the number of guests in the reservation, but there weren’t enough beds prepared. We were tired from the trip and had to call to ask for extra bedding, but it was brought to us without any trouble.

This was a convenient hotel for airport access with exceptional staff.
Pros:

The location was convenient with access to public transportation as well as shuttles to the airport. It made it very easy for us to explore local attractions and also travel to the airport with our children and luggage for our international flight. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind during our stay and truly went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Cons:

We really had no issues with our experience at Holiday Inn itself. I do wish there was a more pedestrian-friendly walkway from the bus stop across the street as we were crossing with our children.

Great for the 1 night but maybe think again about another venue
Pros:

Location, atmosphere, reception staff, choice of food venues and evening meals

Cons:

Part of the breakfast. The continental breakfast was really good, lots of choice but the cooked breakfast was overpriced and parts of it were cold. I wouldn’t pat to have it again although the pancakes were good apart from not having real maple syrup it was golden syrup flavoured with maple bit of a cheat!

We are not Disabled customers
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Each time we stay - because we book through Booking.com they told us we get the low rate room - which is the Disability Rooms - we are not disabled - the room has the shower area with seating for a wheelchair clients and we are not comfortable in these rooms (Room 10) just recently.

Pros:

My go-to hotel when flying in and out of Heathrow. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and dinner, helpful staff. Some rooms have runway views, which is fun for plane spotting! Does its job well.

家庭房地間空間很充足，足足可以展開4大3小行李箱，室內與浴室乾淨，走廊電梯與公共空間寬敞乾淨。所以為幾家亞洲航空的機組休息飯店。早餐服務人員親切熱情，食物中規中矩，沒有好挑剔的

Cons:

機場的付費公車曾有嚴重不準時的經驗，車上的到站資訊完全不精確也不同步，司機員也不廣播，自己得要多留意。但這與飯店無關，也不是飯店的錯。

Stay great but avoid Hoppa Bus.
Pros:

Location to T3 was perfect.

Cons:

Property was great.

Hoppa Bus from T5 was hopeless (not the hotel’s fault as the bus is an external service). Waited for an hour and gave up.

Used CityMapper app to find the 423 bus - quicker, more frequent (every 20 mins v every hour) and much cheaper (£1.75 versus £6.80) than Hoppa Bus. Dropped us off 50 metres from hotel. In the morning the U3 bus took us to T3 - only 5 mins away.

Avoid Hoppa Bus.

Pros:

Room was perfectly positioned,all facilities exactly where they should be. Food at restaurant was lovely. Staff very helpful & knowledgeable. Hotel hoppa a godsend. Taxi arrived in mins. All very pleasant experience.
