Room was clean and hotel had excellent housekeeping service... breakfast was excellent...best part about our stay was the staff was prompt in arranging connecting rooms with our friends which made our stay extremely pleasant and memorable, We also enjoyed the runway view from our room.

I'm disabled and asked by email and phone for a room close to the front desk and entrance/exit lobby weeks before check in. I was given a room so far away a could barely walk there on crutches. This was deplorable service. There was no shop for drinks and snacks. The room and room service were like a hundred other hotels except too expensive.
Excellent location! No need to pay £6 for the Airport bus as the Bus stop is outside which takes you straight to the Airport.
From Heathrow underground it's about a 6 minute walk but crossing the road is a bit tricky as there is no crossing.

The bedroom heating was annoying- blasts of cold air con air and then very hot - no way to change it. Didn’t sleep well.
