Durchs Band schlechter Service: nach dem Check-in muss man das Zimmer selbst suchen, beim Abendessen wird einem kein Tisch gezeigt, beim Frühstück wartet man immer über eine Viertelstunde auf den Kaffee, am Morgen früh läuft im Gang vor dem Zimmer schon der Staubsauger. Diese Liste lässt sich beliebig erweitern.
Die Zimmer sind eher einfach, klein und nicht komfortabel.
Das Hotel ist eine Enttäuschung, vor allem wenn man die enorm hohen Preise in Betracht zieht. Es entspricht eher einem Mittelklassehotel.

The level of staff service was a bit patchy. For such an expensive hotel it would have been good to have had more members of staff with a more attentive attitude.

Use of Toll road should be included in the price. Pillow menu over promised and under delivered.
The best service staff I have ever experienced. Great location, well designed and maintained facilities, superb food.
Not all of the restaurants are open all of the time. In fact we could only eat in two restaurants which was a shame. The other restaurants apparently are open when the hotel is busier but we weren’t to know that.
The bar service can be very slow. The problem is the barman also serves drinks and so has to leave the bar which is a problem because the lounge is huge. Also, the bar is a ‘cocktail bar’ but very basic. This could so easily be improved with better bar staff training and som better facilities.
Stimmt einfach alles. Sehr gute COVID Massnahmen. Sauber, schön, lecker.
