The distance from the airport
1. I had to call for shuttle service. If shuttle service has limited hours. It needs to be started on your website.
2. It took forever to check in
3. The restaurant closes at midnight. We get the at 11pm and they refused to serve us
4. The bathrooms in this hotel have multiple inconsistent levels. There were several times during my stay that I either almost tripped due to a one inch difference on the floor or almost fell.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a great experience. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well located. The breakfast is very good.
The highlight was the reception staff. I needed to leave a suitcase in the luggage storage for 20 days after check-out, and they readily agreed, without charging anything extra. It made all the difference to my trip.

The staff members were nice and all helpful.
The room was very old and it wasn’t cleaned properly, specifically the washroom. The room was dusty and there were streaks of hair on the bathroom floor and inside the shower. For what I paid, the room was appalling. Save yourself the hassle of staying here.
