Friendly staff. Mainly Tatiana from the kitchen was really kind every day

Cons:

We stayed 16 days and almost everyday I had to go downstairs to pick up towels. Because they only put one new one and we were in 3 people

Pros:

Custo benefício do hotel é bom. Café da manhã é muito bom, o Hotel Ibis está numa ótima localização, equipe da recepção com excelente atendimento.

Cons:

Acomodado num quarto adaptado para cadeirante, acredito que este quarto, também não atende muito bem um cadeirante, duas camas de casal, mal da para se movimentar no quarto, o frigobar fica desligado da tomado, eu não consegui ligar, imagina um cadeirante.
