Pros:

いつもなから朝食とフィットネスは快適で素晴らしい。健康を維持しながら出張が可能。

Cons:

Please fix the aircon
Pros:

I can't control the room temperature, and it's 28 degrees Celsius, making it impossible to sleep. I called the agent, who said the only solution is to turn it off. When I asked for a fan, he informed me that all the fans were already lent out. Clearly, this isn't just an issue with one room! This is hilarious. Hotel management, if you can't fix the air conditioning, then please provide a fan for every guest room.

The hotel has a good look and rooms are confortable but the service is not to the standard expected.
Pros:

The Breakfast Buffet is very generous and with a lot of options, but as I went to have my first breakfast I found out that in my reservation Breakfast was not inclkuded. Very strange since in all my bookings I always include breakfast.

Cons:

I had a resevation for 7 nights. The day I check in the hotel chared the full amount of the 7 nights. Since I was having dinner every night at the hotel, I had the very umpleasent surprise to be inform at the last night that I could not eat in the hjotel restaurant because I had no credit.
If this is the way the hotel work, they should communicate the guest before or let the guess know that he has no more credit. IN my 30 years of traveling never had such an experience.
The phone system is a disaster. The phone in the room is wireless but each time you leave the room and the master switch turn the electricity off the phone is dead when you come back.

Decent business hotel in Shenyang Industrial zone ETDZ
Pros:

I stayed two nights in Renaissance West Shenyang Hotel being a decent business hotel in Shenyang’s Industrial zone ETDZ. Rooms were ok. Gym on the 5th floor was well equipped and cleaned regularly - big choice for breakfast. Late night check-in was not really great mainly due to limited English skills of the staff.

Why just 5 stars possible?
Pros:

Actually sorry for renaissance shenyang just 5 stars possible. From checkin to checkout perfect. For Marriott members actually the only place to stay in Shenyang. Room upgrades, no lounge available but perfect offers. Free buffet in evening and free drinks at bar for happy hour.
In the hotel business the key is the stuff. I feel here like home and the stuff is my family.
Thanks a lot Renaissance Shenyang is always my pleasure to stay here. Perfect job done!!

5 star hotel in Shenyang you should choose
Pros:

From checkin to checkout perfect stay. Marriott members very well recognized with room upgrades. No lounge but possible to join the evening buffet from Thursday to Sunday. Actually the best buffet for German food.

Very well done Renaissance Shenyang.

Looking forward to come again

I’ve to go three weeks for quarantine in this hotel ....
the Food was all three days the Same , no changes . If the water is empty the Hotel make big business for price with water. And the Service is not really polite...

Pros:

Visited couple of times during autumn. Located far away, about 40 minutes from city center by car. Seems to be popular place to organise wedding banquets. Friendly staff. Small bar in the lounge, not crowded at all. Shopping possibilities around and plenty of small restaurants nearby too. Breakfast buffet includes western choices as well. Burger King on the other side of the building 😁.

Prevent as Marriott member this hotel
Pros:

I have been visiting this hotel several times and i was always very satisfied in the past. The last two visits very disappointing from every part of the hotel. Checkin extremely slow and very unprofessional. I wasted more than half an hour to check in. Room not finished at 6pm, i have never seen this in any hotel around the world. The offered room extremely bad air quality, no aircon working, had to ask for additional fan. For marriott members, no lounge existing, 90rmb offered in restaurant as compensation, every single rmb above must be paid. “Happy Hour” offered if drinks are available, bottles empty and information with we are very sorry everything finished. At swimming pool the life guard ken just playing and attacking guests. For Marriott members definitely a no go place, is a chinese hotel.
The only person to talk is Alisa and i feel sorry for her but she has no time to take care for Marriott members which would be her job.
All in all, there are other marriott hotels in Shenyang. Perhaps there better!

Restart after lock down
Pros:

After several months closing, possible to use hotels. Renaissance Shenyang perfect as always. Service, rooms and especially now the opened buffet in evening. One point now, the rooms are very hot because no air conditioning working. Estimate because of virus.

Feeling like at home.
Pros:

This morning, it was the birthday of my wife. When we arrived at breakfast, the charming hostess took the time to come and say hello and wish my wife a happy birthday. What a surprise. to this we must add the consideration by the staff of the reception of my small remarks to facilitate the check-in. You add the upgrade offered by the hotel and you understand why I feel at home.
