No es el hotel que uno espera
Pros:

El alojamiento no es un hotel, no es una casa japonesa es una habitación de pretendido estilo japonés, pequeña, oscura, incómoda y sobre todo la comunicación con los dueños es a través de un IPad.
La ubicación de la casa está en un barrio muy tranquilo, lo que nos gustó mucho.

Pros:

The phone number and map information on the voucher do not match.
The hotel is a self check-in.
However, I could not check in and could not contact the hotel, so I could not check in at the end.
I spent 4 hours trying to check in and paid for using dozens of international calls,
No refunds have yet been made.
This is very bad.

Pros:

Your house is comfortable,quite and clean we are very happy to live in your house! We hope we can live in your house again when we go to KYOTO again!
