Khách sạn sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, địa điểm gần trung tâm. Mình đánh giá cao thái độ nhân viên rất tận tâm 10 điểmmmm
Buffe sáng cũng rất ngon, nếu quay lại Nha Trang thì mình vẫn chọn Imperial nhen.

Bãi gửi xe to hơn xíu thì ok hơn, ngoài ra mọi thứ không có gì để chê

vị trí: số 20 Trần Phú, phường Vĩnh Nguyên ngay đối diện công viên Thanh Niên. Đối diện bãi biển Nha Trang, cực kì thuận tiện. chỉ 3p đi bộ là ra tới biển
phòng: sạch sẽ, view biển y như hình chụp trên web
đồ ăn: buffet ngon, đa dạng, hợp khẩu vị, ngày nào cũng có hoa quả tươi. Mình đặc biệt thích món bánh ướt và phở
nhân viên: nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Ngày cuối mình nghỉ bị vỡ đường ống, điện báo bên lễ tân các bạn cử người lên sửa ngay trong vòng 20p.

Cons:

Tiện nghi hơi thiếu so với tiêu chuẩn 4 sao, khăn trải nền trước nhà tắm bị loang màu gây cảm giác không sạch, phòng tắm không có vách ngăn nước nên nền nhà tắm bị ướt. Phòng cách âm kém nên bị ồn ào.
