Hotel is value for money and all staff that we have experienced has been great! Buffet was good variety, location was great- a bit further away from the hustle and bustle but still convenient to city center. Amenities provided at the hotel has been awesome!
House keeping- when we checked in, the floor was still sandy from previous guests. Wish they vacuumed rather than swept, as we stayed there 4 days and still sandy each time we returned from going out. Also, House keeping kept taking away our towels and tooth brushes that were hung up that we planned on reusing and giving us new ones. Wish they vacuumed the floor rather than sweeping. Despite that, highly recommend! We had the family room with balcony and that was large enough for us!

Price was right. Nice area. Clean and comfortable.
Very minor complaint, but the AC control location above the bedside table was hard to see without my phone flashlight, and it took me a few minutes to find the on/off switch (my bad - but it should be a bit easier IMO).

Отличная гостиница. Шикарный вид на море. Чисто. Завтрак хороший. Персонал прекрасный, особенно могу отметить сотрудницу Ким Йен =)) ну и все остальные ребята тоже молодцы. Рядом все что нужно, ежедневная уборка. Недешево, но стоит своих денег 100%
