Das Hotel ist vollkommen in Ordnung, nur der Preis für den angebotenen Standard überzogen

Toller Wellnessbereich, leider wurde an zwei von drei Tagen der Eisbrunnen nicht in Betrieb genommen

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht, Einrichtung sauber und funktionsfähig aber in die Jahre gekommen, zusätzliche Leihgebühr für Bademantel bei dem Preisniveau nicht angemessen, die Salatbeilage lt. Speisekarte zu den Semmelknödeln mit Pilzen erwies sich als zwei Stengel Deko auf den Knödeln, insgesamt sehr überwürzt, und das für einem Preis um 18 €, gebratene Klöße zum Sauerbraten sind Kartoffelpuffer, Frühstück ist in Ordnung, offensichtlich gab es Probleme bei der Einstellung des Kaffeautomaten, entweder waren die Tassen halbvoll oder liefen über

Super Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub im Vogtland!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt im Wald ist super! Bis nach Mühlleithen zur Kammloipe oder zum Rodelhang ist es nicht weit. Das Hotel-Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Aufenthalte im modernen Saunabereich haben wir sehr genossen.
