Außergewöhnlich mit gewissen Extras

Die Lage und die Aussicht aufs Wasser aus dem Zimmerfenster waren toll.

Skøn morgenbuffet, bar på hotellet, god beliggenhed, value for money!

Central beliggenhed, virkelig god morgenbuffet med stort udvalg af lækre ting, hyggelig bar på hotellet som er længe åben, udmærket værelse

Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, allerdings eine andere Zimmerkategrie buchen.
Pros:

Zimmer waren sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Das Personal war total freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Mitten in der Stadt und perfekt für Ausflüge.

Cons:

Die Betten im Zimmer „Nest“ sind in den Boden eingelassen. Das war leider in der Zimmerbeschreibung und den Bildern nicht angegeben. Für ältere Personen oder jemanden mit Rückenbeschwerden ist das wirklich nicht so schön.
Es gibt leider keinen hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Das Parkhaus direkt gegenüber vom Hotel kostet ein halbes Vermögen pro Tag, zudem war unser Parkticket defekt (wir waren nicht die einzigen mit dem Problem) und konnten somit nicht die Tür vom Parkhaus öffnen. Da blieb leider nur der Weg durch die Einfahrt…bei solchen Preisen sollte dann auch schon alles reibungslos ablaufen.

L'amabilité du staff. La réception/bar/salle de petit déjeuner dans une ambiance assez cosy.

Cons:

Chambre très étroite. Accès à la douche par les toilettes séparées par une paroie en verre qui n'empêche pas les projections d'eau.

Kleines, zentrales Zimmer mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Gute Matratzen, gutes Frühstücksangebot, sehr zentral gelegen, 700 m bis Jungfernstieg und etwa 1 km bis Speicherstadt, ruhig mit Ausblick auf ein Fleet, etwas klein (man konnte gerade so ums Bett gehen).

Cons:

Etwas zu keines Zimmer, aber war so ausgeschrieben, daher o.k.

Tolles Hotel im Herzen der Stadt; Frühstück teuer
Pros:

Tolles Boutique-Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Hamburg. Gute Anbindung an U-Bahn und S-Bahn. Tolles, aufgestelltes Personal, jedoch mit teils widersprüchlichen Auskünften (Koordination). Top-Frühstücksbuffet, aber relativ teuer, schon wie Schweizer Preise und noch höher.

Cons:

In einer Hotelantwort haben wir gesehen, dass alle Zimmer Richtung Kanal sind. Wir hatten 318; hinten raus.
