Pros:

Der Check-in war im Vorhinein sehr gut, daher schnell im Zimmer. Zimmer war vorzeitig fertig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Nach Check-out konnte man problemlos den Koffer noch dort belassen, und HH Sightseeing genießen.
Lage war super, Preis absolut ok, auch wenn sehr kleines Zimmer, aber wir wollten auch nur dort schlafen. Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das gläsere Bad ist nicht so unser Fall .... sollte man vorher wissen, erfragen.
Es war zum Frühstück sehr unruhig, da auch der Check-out im selben Raum war.

Super Hotel für ein Mehrtagesurlaub in Hamburg.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich für Anliegen immer Zeit genommen.
Die Selbstbedienungskaffeebar war auch toll!
Es war sehr sauber.
Gemütliche und schöne Einrichtung.

Cons:

Durch die Zimmertür zum Flur konnte man gut hören, wenn jemand redend vorbeiging.

Das Hotel ist sehr zum Empfehlen.
Pros:

Es war sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war äußerst lecker. Obwohl sich das Hotel mitten in Hamburg befindet (direkt am Fleet) war es äußerst ruhig. Durch die zentrale Lage des Hotels erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral zu U- und S-Bahn sowie zur City, die fußläufig erreichbar ist.
Pros:

Der lockere Umgangston der Mitarbeiter. Sehr freundlich und zugewandt.

Cons:

Ich hatte, ohnehin von 5 Nächten zwei durch einen Gutschein des Hauses erhalten, insgesamt für den ganzen Aufenthalt ein kleines upgrade bzgl. des Zimmers erhalten, so dass ich nicht wechseln musste. Das Zi. 402 würde ich freilich niemandem empfehlen, der einen leichten Schlaf hat, da es direkt neben dem Aufzug liegt, der selbstverständlich Fahrgeräusche überträgt. In Stoßzeiten sehr störend. Hätte ich nicht Gutschein und upgrade gehabt, hätte ich das Zimmer gewiss gewechselt. Nur mit Lärmschutz war in der Früh an Schlaf noch zu denken. Aber insgesamt gesehen: „Einem geschenkten Gaul schaut man nicht ins Maul!“ 😉
